Easy to set up. Siri is tied to our smart home system. Music sound is unbelievable.

The install and setup was simple. The sound quality for this little speaker is great. The price is definitely worth it. I bought one, and like it so much I bought 2 more. I am currently using 2 paired up as a sound bar for my TV.

While a little bit more difficult to setup than what Apple makes it out to be, I do like this new HomePod mini. The home pod mini uses wifi, not Bluetooth, and is always available to give info or play music. I bought it primarily to play my Apple Match library - which it does flawlessly. Sound is very good with no distortion. Would definitely recommend.

So far I am really liking this and using it to replace Alexa. The only reason for the good vs excellent rating is that the speaker sometimes will just lose it’s connection or so and music will stop playing. I’ve heard it has less features or Siri is not as good but it does what I need. Tells me the time, weather, let’s me set timers and stream music or video audio to it. Overall though for the price the sound quality is great and on par if not better than the Amazon Echo we had before.

I really want to give this speaker 5 stars. The sound is phenomenal, the functionality is phenomenal...however....the first month I had this device, I was plagued with constant issues keeping my devices connected to the speaker. I use this device 99% of the time with airplay from my iPhone X. During this month, I could not play music for more than about 30-45 minutes before I would lose connection to it. The HomePod would not drop off if my network, it was almost like it would start rejecting traffic from my iPhone. I tested this on an iPhone X, iPhone 6s, iPad Pro, and from iTunes on a windows based computer. I set the HomePod up on its own wireless network (different access point than my main) that was very close to it to verify the signal was strong, but the issue still occurred. After a couple factory resets and making some changes to my home hub settings, this issue *seems* to have disappeared. I have also revamped my home network to a Ubiquiti one, so that might also be a factor. Either way, the speaker still sound absolutely stunning. Especially the bass that this little can is able to create.

I bought this Home Pod mini to replace an old Beats Pill speaker that stopped working. While the sound is great and Siri is super helpful, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. First of all, it has a cord. I’m not real excited about the cord and it needing to be plugged in. Pictures don’t show the cord nor was it mentioned, so when it arrived I was very disappointed. Feel like Apple could’ve done better here.

Lovely. It syncs with all my Apple devices and I can ask Siri to call, answer, and text. I’m loving it. No problems, just excitement over here. I had an extra candle apparatus soo I put it there so it’s up a little high and the kids can’t reach.

I really love the Apple speaker. Wonderful sounds and easy to use. Love it❤️

I have an echo dot from Amazon but was never really happy with the sound quality. I tried this Apple Homepod mini and it is way better sound quality. The Jazz is flowing in my office. Alexa got moved to the basement :( Only bad part of the HomePod was the set up was supposed to be simple but it was a little glichy, but eventually worked.
