I purchased 2 original Homepods back when they were first released, and could not believe the sound that came from such a small speaker. this one is way smaller, and the sound is almost as good.

I wanted something similar to Alexa but made by Apple. It’s okay but I may not keep it. I feel the cons outweighs the pros with this little pod. While the sound is quite loud for such a small little speaker, the glitches I’ve experienced with this pod makes me want to return it. I love the intercom feature and that I it works with the Apple Eco-System but I’ve noticed when I try to play music on my Apple TV in the living room, it plays on the pod in the bedroom instead. For it to stop playing I have to use the home app to pause the music on the pod, AirPlay the music from my phone to the Apple TV and sometimes it’ll work. Other times I have to unplug the pod. It’s really annoying and while it’s not too expensive, for the price it shouldn’t be so glitchy. Music will randomly stop playing when it chooses too and half the time “Hey Siri” doesn’t even work.

Great mini speaker. I thought you would be able to pair the small ones with the larger ones but you cannot so I had to buy an extra mini. It was easy to set up but its been difficult utilizing this speaker as my tv speaker instead of the default ones.

I bought another Homepod mini since Apple has made it possible to select the Mini’s as the main speakers. It sounds great although you will have to reset the speakers by unplugging them so the volume setting corrects.

Title says it all. Small speaker but delivers excellent sound quality i have two set up in a stereo format and love to listen to them

Works as expected and at a super good price. Controls all our smart home stuff. Worth it completely if you use Home Kit.

It's an Apple product. It just does what's it's expected to do. Sounds really good for a small speaker.

The sound quality is surprisingly good from this little speaker. The low end is not super deep, but it well controlled. In addition, the microphone array for Siri commands seems to work as well as the regular HomePod in my room. I would definitely recommend!

We have two of the mini's and two of the full HomePods (now discontinued). For teh size, the Mini's sound great, but definitely not as strong as the full HomePod. My biggest issue with the Mini is just max volume...they don't go as loud as I would prefer. Overall sound quality is still great though.

I wish I had more rooms in my house so I could have one or two more. The regular size version has a much better sound but these fill in the gaps and it’s useful to use in my kitchen when I’m cooking for Siri making my timers go

If you use Siri or Apple Music this is a must have! Wasn’t sure about the product when I purchased it but it is amazing super easy setup and operation. Turns your whole house into voice controlled jukebox and the sound is unbelievable for such a small device.

I like it. Speakers sound really good. Haven't used the Siri function. I only use it to listen to music while outside in my backyard.

Love these speakers. For the size that they are the sound quality is amazing. I put one in each room and the intercom system is amazing.

This HomePod mini sits on my nightstand and makes a great replacement for an old alarm clock. I have Siri wake me with my favorite U2 song and then stream my favorite station, give me the weather report. Surprising great sound from such a small speaker.

This is a very nice sounding speaker for the price, in my opinion. I use it in my kitchen and it sounds nice. I was really suspicious because I am used to the full size HomePod but the mini has great sound ( I would just avoid cranking it all the way up)

I am so very pleased with my purchase of my Apple - HomePod mini. TThis small speaker has a lot of punch and other features I am still discovering. I would not have a problem recommending this item for purchase to both my friends and family.

I'm a person who doesn't use a smart light, a smart home electronics so to me the speaker aspect of it is really worth it. The HomePod is definitely one of the best purchases I've made this year. It has such an outstanding sound quality with just one in the room. I did a test to see how loud this speaker is so I put it on 75% volume, closed my bedroom and walked around the house and I could still hear it from upstair and downstairs. The con with this device is it has difficulty recognizing classical music. Siri just butchers some of the classical and when you try to repeat it in the way Siri does, it won't be able to play that piece of music so you have to manually play the song in via iTunes or from your Apple device.

Bought as a gift for my mom, and she listens to it every day! I own the original HomePod as well and these mini's pack a loud rich sound as well and she loved the fun color.
