Siri wakes me up, tells me about my upcoming appointments, the weather and more. Turns everything on and off in my home and basically keeps me balanced. As an audiophile I can’t say much about the sound except it’s decent for me what it is. I use it 20-40x daily on average for commands, phone calls and other info. Highly recommended.

Small Homepod = Small Speakers

They are great for all Homekit intergrations, which was my main goal. I am just a tad bit disappointed at the sound quality, I have to turn it up substantially more to hear it - in comparison to my 1st gen Homepod. Over all i do reccomend this home pod for uses in small areas. If you are trying to full a bigger room, consider getting the regular Homepod.

Amazing sound

Think about buying more to place around the house. Little extra work to get Spotify to play.

Is a speaker so that matters most of all... but apart from that I love Siri, how it can control my lights, my Apple TV, how I can ask her everything... the connectivity with all my Apple devices is just beyond cool!

Not battery-operated
