For Product: I’m happy with the HomePod mini and it works ax expected. Purchase Experience: before heading to the store I checked to make sure the store I wanna price match with is in the approved list and once at the register, the cashier asked the manager if they can match the price and the manager said “ no, because the offer is online only.” I had to step aside and go through the policy again and found out that as long as the product is ready to ship, and the store is in the list of approved competitors, they should honor the price match. I had to go to the cashier and show them the policy and the cashier had to “convince” the manager to follow Best Buy policy. The price from the competitor was below the minimum allowed price, which I was ok with whatever the minimum allowed price is. (Needed to have it on the same day). The other thing is that the website shows that the product comes with 4 offers, and cashier told me that the customer cannot choose which one to receive. (He tried to see if he can choose, but he couldn’t. It’s the system’s limitation)

We are enjoying the Apple mini homepods as they make it so easy to turn lights on and off and play music whenever you like. Very nice modern design and the size is just right. Quality sound as well.

Great sound quality for such a small speaker across the entire range from highs to lows and also has advanced Siri capabilities. And at the price, is a much more reasonable buy than the full size HomePod

Previous, I was using an IKEA/Sonos speaker in our kitchen. The sound was ok but not as great as our Homepod in the bedroom. So still within the return period with IKEA, decided to return it and go with the Homepod Mini for the kitchen. The sound is much better and the smaller footprint is nice when countertop space can be at a premium depending on what I'm cooking. Besides the sound, if you're investing in the Apple eco-system, it's a great add-on. Between the Homepod and the Homepod Mini, I think the Mini is the better choice. The one thing I'm not 100% crazy about is the USB C plug. I love USB C, but I think a regular plug would've been a better choice over a large USB C adapter to plug into the wall.

For it being as small as it is, the sound quality is great! Obviously it's slightly diminished from the larger HomePod, but for the smaller $99 price tag this is a great entry level HomeKit smart speaker.

Super easy setup including HomeKit, great sound for music and perfect using Siri for HomeKit. Not as powerful or full sound like original HomePod but surprisingly good and 1/3 the money. Very satisfied.

We have had sound bars and tried multiple different bluetooth speakers with our tv. The sound bars didn't give off the rich stereo sound, and the bluetooth speakers all had lag problems. We bought two of the HomePods and paired them with our Apple TV 4K that is hooked up to our TV, and we finally have amazing stereo sound... and it's from tiny little speakers that don't take up a ton of your shelf space. Very happy with these.

As far as sound quality is concerned, this thing blows away the competition from Amazon. It produces a far better frequency range and nice spatial dynamics. Also, having my entire music library already in the Apple ecosystem, it was a no brainer that I needed one of these. That said, it’s kind of boring. I guess because it just does what it’s supposed to without making a fuss. Setup is ridiculously simple. I tell it to play something and it plays it. I suppose my one criticism is that the overall volume level isn’t high enough to overpower my treadmill motor. But I can’t expect a miracle from a softball sized speaker I suppose. Otherwise, it’s great. Priced right for an Apple product. And I’d buy it again.

Good sound for a small speaker. If you have apple stuff, this speaker is amazing. Can locate idevices, has an intercom, Siri is on point and it just works. Plus it has some rumble :-)

Has great sound for surround or just solo use. Great for spare bedrooms use

I purchased a pair of Homepods for my living room and set them up as a stereo pair. . I was surprised at just how good the Homepods were as a stereo pair ,the stereo effect is natural and clearly audible. the bass from the Homepods is solid and substantial, though in my opinion it is not over done. Ease of setup is notable and straightforward. Siri obeys my voice commands quite well. I did not purchase these for their smart speaker features as there are other smart speakers that do a better job in that area. However, for music, it is hard to beat the Homepods and I am very much enjoying them.

So easy to set up and easy to use! I’m a homebody and enjoy having this speaker blasting whatever podcast or playlist I want throughout the day. Insane quality!

Awesome little speaker, very helpful for Siri and HomeKit, but even just a basic music player it’s loud and has nice features. Even speakers without assistants and similar audio quality are more expensive just because they have a battery and aux jack. If you’re fine with WiFi or AirPlay and don’t need a portable speaker, this is a great option for apple users and will give you HomeKit capabilities. Only downside for me is the lack of native Spotify support, but you can still play Spotify on your phone or iPad via airplay.

Homepod mini is a great alternative if you have a smaller space. Comparing to the original Homepod, the original homepod has a better sound if you have a pair. Easy to install and synchronize with the apple brand.

I have two at home and when I want to clean or watch a movie I connect them Via Apple TV and it’s just perfect! I’ve seen videos of audio files nick pick at it but I mean it’s $100 each for what they offer if your in the Apple eco system it’s beyond perfect! I love the updates it gets connectivity ease of use it works for my every day light use they get decently loud two together of course. One is loud too but two, yea much better.

I have several HomePods and decided to try a mini in another space within my house. The mini is a very nice option for smaller spaces. The sound is good and it integrates well within the Apple ecosystem (especially if you have or use other Apple devices). The thing I do not like is that the plug is a USB-C that needs to be plugged into a charging adapter that sticks out of the wall. Given that the speaker is already being used in a small space (at least for me), having the big, boxy charging adapter sticking out of the wall is definitely unsightly and annoying. (I actually purchased a pigtail so that the charging adapter could "rest" on the counter rather than hanging directly out of the wall.) Beyond that issue, however, I am very happy with the purchase and may add another one to my home to supplement areas where I could not rationalize spending $300 on a full-size HomePod.

Great and secure smart speaker. Great sound doesn’t distort at max volume. Siri works great on it and the intercom feature works great. Picked up two more for my office and for work.

Love this little speaker for the size, sound quality and volume! Plus having Siri throughout my home is so much easier and less noticeable than the huge original HomePod.

wonderful sound out of such a small speaker. I have a larger home pod in my kitchen. but wanted one in the living room/dining room for entertaining. it's perfect. and easy to set up.

Great sound from a small speaker. I was looking to switch from the amazon echo to apple homekit. So i picked this up. Setup was a breeze everything just works. I also like that all i have to do is hold my iPhone close to the homepod and it will start playing the music im playing on my iPhone. Will be definitely buying a couple more for other rooms in my house.
