This thing is a beast

I have this connected to my Appletv as an actual soundbar for DirecTv Now and my other tv apps. I can’t wait until Airplay2 arrives so that I can buy another one to create stereo and surround sound.

Amazing Clarity

Unbelievably, Apple has created a speaker that replicates the high fidelity of that audio system. Finally, I can truly enjoy the incredible assortment of music genres available by a simple voice command.

This is the best gift I could’ve ever given him. The sound is great, the clarity and preciseness of the sound is outstanding. Love it. I’m going to purchase a few more for our home.

Sound is amazing! Mini is probably a better choice

My problem with this (besides the price) is that it actually doesn't get quiet enough for me! It sounds awesome though. When I got it it was $100 off. Now (Jan 2021) they have the smaller / cheaper Homepod Mini. You should probably just get that.
