Love the HomePod mini - we have 5 of them, in different rooms. Love that it also tells temperature and humidity in that room. In addition to playing music, I ask Siri daily "hey what is the temperature outside" and she's quick to let me know. Of course, she can do other things, too! We also use this (2 in tandem, actually) as the external speakers for our main TV, gives a surround sound experience.

Lout little speaker! I connected my iPhone to this device, I have it in the kids room, and when ever I feel lazy to walk upstairs, I go to my phone Home App, and just send a message to my kids, and they will get it. You can play your music, or use it to call someone. It was a good buy for 100 bucks.

I've enjoyed my HomePod for the most part. Not enough to buy a second one, but enough to where I can say it's been a pretty nice investment. I've been loyal to Apple Music since it came out, so when it came to wanting a smart home device/speaker, this was a no-brainer. I've tried to use Spotify on HomePod, but I get told by Siri that the app has not added support. That's something to keep in mind if you are not an Apple Music user. As far as a speaker goes, this does provide great sound. Another reason I bought HomePod was because of HomeKit. I had bought a couple Nanoleaf Bulbs on impulse and have really enjoyed the customization options they have to offer. For some reason, if I tell my phone to turn the lights off/on, it's always really confused. Even the Homekit app on iPhone takes a minute to process my requests. However, HomePod knows exactly which lights I'm talking about and turns them off/on within seconds. It's such a simple thing, but it saves me time in the morning from going around and trying to turn off individual lights. Being able to just say "Hey Siri, turn off all the lights!" as I'm running out the door has shaved minutes off my mornings.

As with all Apple products, outstanding! Was supposed to be overnight shipping but got caught up for a week when it was finally picked up by FedEx. Not sure if it was FedEx or Best Buy, but honestly, there are bigger problems in the world. As for speaker, for being a small system, the sound is pretty good. Clear sound, good bass.

I bought the Apple HomePod for the kitchen since I recently moved a couple of Sonos ones from the kitchen to rear speakers for my Sonos Arc. The HomePod produces beautiful sound, better than the ones. Every genre I have thrown it has been handled with aplomb. The bass is right without being overwhelming. The treble and mods are clean without being shrill. The highs are perfect. The soft mesh design is aesthetically pleasing and looks sturdy. Siri does it’s job for basic tasks, it is obviously not as good as Alexa or Google assistant. But the mics are terrific however and is the best of all smart speakers I have used. Currently it works best with Apple Music but I believe Spotify support is coming very soon. Overall at $200 this is a smart speaker that can not be beat.

Great way to listen to music and has great audio quality

This little speaker packs a huge punch! I was expecting it to be good because it’s an Apple product but it is even better than I thought it would be. Without any calibration at all it has the perfect amount of bass while also maintaining great vocal quality. Perfect for any spot in your house!

Apple HomePod Minis are perfect for my house. I own 2 minis and one original HomePod. The sound quality of all HomePods is fantastic. I have set up the 2 minis in my family room for stereo which sounds great. I also use them for intercom between us around the house. A great product at an excellent price point. Makes great gifts.

The best purchase I made all year. I have never thought about starting a smart home. I thought it was too much hassle. It’s so easy with the HomePod mini. It’s my hub and the best speaker I have at home. Now I can’t wait to add to my Apple HomeKit. It’s great as a starting point and I can’t wait to add more accessories to my home.

I've had the HomePod mini for nearly a year and I absolutely love it! I initially bought it to use as an alarm clock/white noise speaker for sleep but now it runs my life and I've become subservient to it. All you have to do is say Siri or Hey Siri to get its attention. Then you can set alarms, reminders, send texts, make phone calls, and much more. The speakers actually exceeded my expectation as far as sound quality. I've used it to listen to music and watch tv, and while not the best It's better than you'd think. 9/10 (I deducted some points because a few times it has activated without being prompted and scared the actual pee out of me)

I should probably disclose this first: I love Apple products and I have almost all of their products. It took me awhile, however to pick up HomePod Mini. I didn’t get the regular HomePod because of the outrageous price which I think is a miss for Apple since Amazon and Google have prices their products to a much more affordable price point. I have a lot of Amazon product at my house. Luckily they are very compatible with Apple Music. So we finally decided to get this one because our main stereo system that is compatible with Airplay sometimes acting up and won’t play Apple Music. This HomePod mini doesn’t compare to a complete stereo system with 2 speakers and subwoofer, but in my ears, has a much better and fuller sound that the Alexa Echo device that we’ve been used for casual listening. And since we’ve been so embedded in Apple ecosystem, it’s only natural playing Apple Music in this device becomes a lot more convenient. I love the part where I can place my iPhone on top of this speaker so it can continue playing music. And for the price of $100, this is easily one of the best sounding small speakers around.

As with all Apple products it just works. Easy setup, easy to use. Sound is great. The best sounding Bluetooth speaker I ever had.

Sound, setup, smarter & price. The sound is great for the price, setup was simple, can’t wait for more thread HomeKit products. If you don’t know what thread is you should do some research. This is one of the many things that make this smarter. Or maybe not smarter but more convenient and faster response time to HomeKit devices.

Technology in total expression, the design is great and the sound is just incredible for a small speaker, great for single large room but not so much for large living room, easy to connect if you have an iPhone, I’m going to be one star I’m not sure how it works with some other devices but with apple product works just perfect,

I bought two of these for my bedroom TV. Setup was a breeze. Pairing them together and then with my Apple TV 4K took about ten minutes. And the sound is terrific. Way better than the sound from my TV speakers. Adding in the benefit of having a voice activated alarm clock makes these Homepods perfect for my needs.

Pretty good sound for a speaker this size. Would have loved Bluetooth connectivity. I realized two speakers work drastically better than 1.

I bought the HomePod during the Best Buy Black Friday sale for $250. Great quality of sound on a variety of music, I use it constantly since purchase. I have a large basement room and initially tried placing the HomePod in a corner, but finally settled on a location in the middle of the room, from there it gave great sound where ever you are within the room. This is definitely a first generation product, it lags hooking into iTunes on my MacBook Pro, sometimes taking up to 5 minutes to be recognized. It instantly recognizes my iPhone, but has major problems recognizing my iPad Pro. Setup was extremely easy using my iPhone. I have not tried to hook it up with my Apple TV 4K, but see no reason to because my TV system already has a surround system. I do like the AirPlay 2, no latency between speakers if you have more than one speaker playing when using the HomePod.

Great little speaker, with sound quality comparable to big sound systems. I replaced my Klipsh stereo speakers with subwoofer in my work from home office and even though Apple speaker won’t shatter windows - it definitely saves space on my desk! Plus having a smart assistant is a huge plus!
