The HomePod delivers great sound and set up was a snap. The 5 star rating is for sound only. I am not sure it would be the way to go if you are looking for a "smart home" system.

Had to hurry up and purchase these HomePods since they stop making them. Love the minis but the sound that these ones give off is great.

Mediocre sound for the price (it compares well against the $30 Echo dot, but not a $50 set of bookshelf speakers), not loud at all, nor is the sound profile all that great if you don't position it "just so". Siri is frankly an embarrassment, and it doesn't work with Spotify. I'll give it 3 stars because I wanted it for music and to control the lights in my bedroom, without worrying about privacy, and it does do that well enough. In a bubble it's not bad, but it's overpriced and under delivers in every aspect when compared to the competition. Finally, the outer mesh is nearly impossible to clean if it gets dirty.

Very happy with the HomePod. The sounds is fantastic and the HomeKit integration is what I was missing in my home. Couldn’t expect anything less from Apple.

We love music. This Home Pod is like a party machine when we have had guests over for dinner. I only wish it was cordless and we could use it in more places.

This is the best sounding smart speaker and if you have an Apple eco-system then it’s even better. However I wouldn’t consider the 300 dollar price tag is worth it. But if can grab it on sale then it’s really great.

Siri is nowhere as good as google assistant or alexa, but the audio quality from here is way better than the other smart speakers. Even though it’s on the pricey side, the good quality is worth the money for me.

This is a good speaker in terms of audio quality, but when it comes to Siri being the main AI, it definitely is lacking. Nothing that can't be fixed with future software updates. Other than that, superb audio quality.

Get this home pod for Christmas and Best Buy had a great price on it . Sound quality is great and works well with Apple Music. Alexa is better than Seri however. Just saying...

I have amazon echo show, sonos one and google home. I bought this homepod and believe the homepod has the best sound quality. Not that smart compared to google or alexa but it sounds great.

Had this for about a year now. I can’t believe the sound that comes out of it. I’m very impressed. The Siri can pick up your voice even if your in the next room.

Great product. It’s like having your iPhone with a mega speaker in your pocket. I have two and they sync together so I can play the same thing though out the house.

We love the HomePod. it gives us a great experience in our bedroom. We love the ease of asking questions to Siri and also love the Ambient Sounds at night.

I’m a big Apple person. Speaker is pricey but well worth it. Sounds good and powerful. Would recommend having Apple Music subscription. Would suggest doing a little research before buying. There is no Bluetooth option but iPhone can connect using Airplay.

Bass is incredible, highs are crisps, great to have Siri available wherever, and only gets better when Siri gets better as well

Big sound from a small package and Siri to turn off the lights so I can be lazy and stay in bed at night, or wake up the kiddo without leaving the room.

We now have multiple homepods that are controlling the lights and music throughout the house. We love the convenience and are training our cleaning staff on how to talk to them!
