Great sound no it listens to me when I talk to it. Hey Siri! I like it. Super easy to put on music instantly. Just ask it to and tell it what type of music you want to hear.

I wanted to have better control of my HomeKit so I bought this HomePod to help out. The sound is amazing, and its very easy to use. After everyone in my home was set up and ready to go, it works well. The only issues I really have with the HomePod was the price. I waited until it was on sale to purchase. The biggest plus is being able to have access to Siri and your information whether your phone is nearby or not. Its great for when I think of those random things I need to add to my calendar or create a reminder. We use ours with our AppleTV 4k and it works seamlessly.

I think the product is great and excellent and helping you manage HomeKit compatible products. The only complaint that I have is the sound quality. I know it’s a small device, but the sound is muffled at times.

I have the bigger version of the HomePods and did not expect much out of the little brother. However I was pleasantly surprised with the sound and just how compact this speaker is. Great value for the price !!!

The HomePod mini has some improvements over the HomePod: it's much less expensive and it will allow you to use it as a smart speaker that will interface with your other Apple devices and apps, including other HomePod minis, Apple TV and the Apple Home app. The main drawback of the mini is that the sound is not nearly as full and complex as the original. Apple has clearly made a strategic decision to develop a consumer product that will be competitive with Amazon Echo smart speakers, and sound quality is a calculated sacrifice for market penetration. The mini allows the creation of "scenes" along with the Home app so that you can, for example, program your Apple TV to turn on and play a favorite channel when you say, "Hey Siri, Arrive Home." The mini requires some patience: not everything is intuitive and to take full advantage of this new member of the Apple ecosystem you'll have to invest some research.

Bought two and they sound great. Much louder than I expected. Open kitchen / living room setting and it’s more than enough power that we never need it above 75%. I still prefer one HomePod but for the price these are fantastic.

I love mines! I have two around the house and the “find my” and intercom features are a godsend! The sound quality is nice, lacks bass in a larger room BUT the clarity makes up for it! In a smaller room the bass thumps.

I have really enjoyed this and will probably purchase others. I wish Apple offered a screen such as its competitors, but... Anyway, it offers good sound and I like the size and price of it.

I have two of these now and paired them for stereo. They sound good, especially considering the size. I also use them with Siri for smart home control. I have had them for 5+ months with no problems.

I’d take this over the Original HomePod ..it’s more functional and it doesn’t take up much room. And if your in the Apple ecosystem you will definitely enjoy this. The Sound from this tiny speaking is The selling point.

I picked this Apple Home Pod Mini to analyze and test it for ease of use with Home theater system. I'm impressed with the performance. I haven't had any issues it looks and feels great and I 've used it to set up Apple home devices also. It has a USB cable to keep the unit plugged into power at all times. No battery level on this unit. Even are all the color choices to place one in every room as an intercom and such. I chose black to have all tech blacked out when movie led back lights are on, If you are on the fence about which Mac Mini compared to oter small speakers, don't lose anysleep on this one. It's worth the value.

Awesome sound and easy setup. I got two and I would really prefer it. One on each side of the tv. In a room that’s about 30 by 25 foot. Sounds great. Best Buy shipped it faster the Apple could do I ordered through Best Buy instead.

Considering the size, this is a powerful little speaker! I have a few original homepods which are amazing sound system. The HomePod Mini adds more high quality sound to additional rooms at affordable pricing! Highly recommend!!!
