Continuously dropped AirPlay connections when playing from other iOS devices; I never had these problems with BlueTooth speakers. AirPlay from a Mac works much better, from an AppleTV is worse (the AppleTV always forgets what device to play audio to). These are software problems that will hopefully eventually get fixed. What's not fixable: there's no AUX input and no Bluetooth connectivity, i.e., with non-Apple devices or legacy audio equipment, these speakers are useless. Not what you would hope for with such expensive speakers. The sound is okay, but for this money you can probably get better sound elsewhere.

Great speaker. It would be nice if more were available and that apple did not discontinue these. The only set back would be for those who prefer portable speakers.

When I bought this over a year ago the support was not as good and it was limited. The HomePod is nice as a speaker but not great for everything else in my opinion.

Easy hook up and tough. I take this everywhere camping, on the boat around the house, on the patio. The only downside is the charging port. I takes awhile to get used to plugging it in.

This has good sound. It works well with Apple Music. I like it can pair with the 4K Apple TV. But it does not support Bluetooth with non-Apple products. This is my biggest disappointment.

This is an Apple device for the Apple universe yes it's good as long as you're in the Apple universe that's not a bad thing that's just something you need to know stay in the Apple universe.

Pairing with my first HomePod was easy. Can quickly unpair to take outside and repair it with the other when brought back in. Also use it to control my lights, air conditioning/furnace and Lutron shades.

Downloading music to the HomePod is a little bit tricky, as it involves coordinating an iPhone, iPad or MAC with the iPod. Setting up the required Apple Music account is not all that straight forward.

2 homepods paired for your Apple TV make a good surround sound system for a small footprint. Dolby Atmos! I suggest being patient with these tho. They drop to 250 often.

Let’s me down with how locked down the system is on Apple but other than that it’s amazing. If you want a great speaker get this but if you want a basic speaker and a fully functional commands speaker get the Alexa echo that way you have both, that’s what I did

This is an amazing addition to your home. It works very well with your phone and is so easy to set up for multiple functions. You will be pleased with your purchase. Wish I had purchased it a long time ago.

Good HomeKit hub, a little too much bass if it’s close to a wall but theres a setting to lower the bass if you need to

Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas and we both absolutely love it. We have ours HomeKit compatible so we use it to control everything in our apartment, our lights and tv!

The HomePod Mini has quickly become notorious for causing problems in Apple's HomeKit. If you have any doorbell or security cameras it will constantly cause them to go offline or become unresponsive. Something as simple as playing music becomes infuriating beyond belief. I'm just happy it hasn't been so long I can't get a refund, because that's exactly what I'm doing tomorrow.

Took me 5 minutes from unboxing to plunging it in to get it to interface with my WiFi and put out sound. Great product and hope to get many years of sound and excitement out of it.

Great sound! While it may lag other competitors as far as as a smart assistant is concerned, I am confident that Apple will eventually pass Google and Amazon in the future.

Malfunctioned out of the gate. Still comes. Apple won’t do anything g except charge us 91.84$ for a replacement unit. Don’t waste your money on a faulty product. It randomly blasts music at full Volume at 4am and the only thing that stops it is unplugging the device.

I am a huge Apple fan and wanted the HomePod to complete my Apple ecosystem, however I was disappointed by its connection performance. It works fine when you ask Siri to play music, but if I ask it to send a text, add anything to my reminders, or even make a call it says I am not on the same WiFi as my phone. It works once in a while randomly throughout the day. I know it’s not my WiFi because my MacBook Pro, iPads, IPhones, Apple Watch and Apple TV all have no problems answering my requests. I bought this primarily for the hands free messaging that Alexa and google can’t do, so to pay the price that I did and not get flawless functionality is highly disappointing.
