Pros: -Setup was easy. It auto-configured when I held my iPad next to it. -Sound was great when connected to my AppleTV -I liked using Hey, Siri on the HomePod mini. The microphones hear Hey, Siri even from a different room. Cons: -I couldn’t make it the default audio for AppleTV. I had to manually select it each time I used AppleTV. -HomePod mini is tiny...smaller than I expected. -Sound is not good for playing music. -Sound echoed when used as a speakerphone. In the end, I returned it because I really wanted to use it to play music and to handoff phone conversations. The sound quality didn’t meet my expectations for either.

The sound is great, good bass. Audio quality is very impressive for such a small speaker. I rated it a 3 of 5 because it usually won’t sync when streaming shows. Audio from streaming shows is consistently about 3 seconds delayed making it impossible to use as an external speaker for that purpose. I’ve had my speaker for quite awhile now and Apple has not proactively addressed this issue despite that it’s Support forum is full of complaints about it.

Bought this mini HomePod, as I wasn’t completely sold on the HomePod. I’m used to buying Harmon kardon Bluetooth speakers. 100$. Great little speaker. Very responsive, easy to use , good sound. If you like Apple products this one is a great addition to your home, or office.

HomePod Mini is wonderful! East to setup and sounds nice in our bedroom. We have everything Apple so this works out really nice for us.

Great for music in Living Room or Outdoors-wife loves it!

The Apple HomePod system is much better than Amazon's Echo system. We no longer get random advertisements shouted at us in the middle of the night. The audio performance, even on the HomePod Mini, is very good. I like being able to play music throughout the house and have it sound good.

Great sound, great value. For a little speaker, this is able to easily fill up a room. The price point makes it a great value. I wish the charger was a bit smaller, but that is a minor gripe.

The sound quality is superb, and the ease of use is beyond simple.

A perfect solution for small space audio to pair with your Apple ecosystem. This tiny little fella makes sure that you can hand off sound and phone calls with a simple process. The audio isn't great, especially when looking for deeper bass, but there is nothing comparable in terms of sound quality for this cost and size. It's missing a few things like waterproof and the ability to operate without being plugged in. Siri integration, voice recognition and seamless integration with all of your apple products (including those that are in your Apple Home family) makes this a great addition to your collection. The added colors makes it even more attractive.

Great sounding speaker. Easy to connect and gets plenty loud for a bedroom. Sound at all levels remains clear and there’s no distortion. Overall it really is well balanced.

A nice addition to the Apple ecosystem. It sounds good and works as a hub for your HomeKit accessories. Setup is quick and easy using your iPhone. I have the original HomePod setup as a stereo pair and I believe these would make a great stereo system especially for smaller spaces.

Really good punch for the size! I bought this as a gift for someone and I have the original HomePod which sound is amazing. The mini is very loud for its size without distortion. Very pleased with the purchase.

I love this little HomePod. I originally bought it to place it in the bathroom so that I may listen to music when taking showers, but I loved it so much that I bought two more: One for the bedroom, and for the kitchen. Now, I have three little pods which I can play music from at the same time. I have one in yellow, blue and orange. They're so adorable. The power from this little device is almost unbelievable for the price. You will not regret getting it, believe me!

Great sound and fits well in the space, both size and color wise. Just be prepared for the new USB cable port.

We purchased two of these and it has been a great addition to our household the kids love it and we can intercom between rooms and it really has great sound! We will be getting more to place around the house!
