I have no words that describe how amazing the homepod is. the sounds its has when playing music is truly amazing and how loud it is for such small device

Great products. Surprisingly amazing speaker quality. Siri could get some love from Apple. The speakers sound almost close to my expensive Sonos set up.

We bought this HomePod mini for our daughter's room to play music in her nursery instead of a sound machine and we love it! Perfect for playing music and is convenient! Overall no complaints!

I bought my first HomePod mini and I never thought that something so small would give me perfect sound and the best thing is that Siri is always ready! I think I'll continue using Apple! Well I think that's the only thing that's out there! For the moment I will have to buy another to made my MacBook Pro happy ! Thanks Apple!

Beautifully designed as usual, and sound quality is excellent especially when paired with a second HomePod mini to create two channel surround. Only drawback is that it’s not possible to also pair a subwoofer. Hopefully one day Apple will release a subwoofer to complement the overall surround sound. Still at $99 each, even a better deal than the larger sound than the full size HomePod at $300.

I'm a long time Amazon Echo user. I love my Echo. It connect with a ridiculous number of services, and is a respectable bluetooth speaker. I haven't had a reason to switch to anything else. Then I heard the Apple HomePod. I'm a nerd who love tinkering so on a certain level I love the flexibility of the Echo. On a more realistic level I just never use that flexibility. I listen to music and ask silly questions to get the thing to give silly responses. I already use Apple Music and let me tell you, the Echo isn't even in the same class as the Echo speaker-wise. This. Thing. Sounds. Phenomenal. One speaker easily fills a large room with incredibly well-balanced music. As for Siri, I honestly have struggled adopting it due to poor detection or just clumsy responses. The Siri that comes with the HomePod is ridiculously fast, and actually feels more conversational. Now the "catch". It simply doesn't compare to other devices when it comes to integrating with other home automation devices. Compatibility is limited to HomeKit approved devices which while expanding, isn't terribly robust yet. I'm confident that this will improve (assuming Apple remains committed to this market) but I would definitely do your research to make sure your devices are compatible before buying if that's important to you. In short, if you're in the Apple eco-system (Apple Music, Apple News, Reminders, etc.) then you can't go wrong. If you're a home automation nerd, do your research and prepare to either be disappointed or make some sacrifices. And if you just love music, just give this thing a listen. You won't regret it.

Small but yet powerful doesn’t take up a lot of space great product

We're a big Apple household with a variety of smart switches and accessories that interact with Siri. While the HomePod mini provides an excellent voice control portal, *two* HomePod minis provides an excellent soundscape for Apple Music. Pairing a second HomePod mini is *Apple* simple, and the sound quality is truly amazing.

A great deal of solid sound in a small footprint! Easy on the ears and on the wallet leaving you feeling as smart and clean as the sound on this jewel!

Super sound from this little guy! Wow! It’s loud at my house! I remember using the older large home pod and it was very similar.

Its cute and smaller compared to the regular homepod hence the mame , Its not as loud as regular homepod but works surround sound with regular homepod.

Took advantage of the $100 discount on Black Friday, as I've heard nothing but good on the HomePod. When I picked it up in the store, I noticed on the way back to my vehicle that no shrink wrap was on the box. "Strange", I thought. Then when I got home and powered it up it wouldn't connect easily like the instructions said, and is typical for Apple products in general. After several attempts of getting my iPhone to see the device I reset the HomePod and then it worked as expected. I assume I was sold a used device and it was still associated to the previous owner's Apple account and WiFi. To reset HomePod, hold glowing button in middle of top upon powering up the unit until you hear Siri say "You are about to reset HomePod" (about 3-4 seconds) and then it will work as normal. Also, you may need to install an update once setup with your iCloud account to enable AirPlay2, which enables multi-speaker usage from your iOS devices. So if you have one that doesn't seem to work as expected, try resetting it before returning it to the store. If you do return it, please reset it for the next owner that doesn't read this review. By the way, the speaker works wonderfully and Siri is so much better on HomePod than on my iPhone or iPad it isn't even funny.

I love the HomePod even though it doesn't do as much outside of music as Alexa does. But the sound is great. Like the small size for the smaller rooms.

If you’re in the Apple ecosystem, HomePods are a must. We have a handful of them and they are used daily. Only reason I didn’t give 5 starts, was I bought an open box excellent condition and there was no manufactures warranty, meaning they had this for while. It’s not a deal breaker by any stretch, just would have been nice to know upfront.

Great lite version of the regular homepod. Since it is smaller it doesn't pack the same punch, but that's expected. It's still quite loud and clear. The small size is nice, but I'm docking a star for the cost.

Very easy to set up, outstanding sound for such a small speaker. Paired with another to fill up a kitchen/dining area.
