Great Product Amazing Sound & Loud & Clear The Best

Wonderful sound for the size and the price. Since I have an iPhone and Mac the Siri ecosystem works very well for me. Airplay is flawless and I can also use it as an external speaker for my MacBook. Only one problem I had was with Best Buy. Even though I paid for the new item they delivered a refurbished item. I had to go to the store to exchange it for a new item, which they did without hesitation. Still, not a good way to treat a frequent customer.

I was rather disappointed in the features of the HomePod. Unlike my Google nest mini, I cannot start Spotify music from it, or Apple Music (possibly because I don’t have premium Apple Music); rather, I have to airplay from my phone/other Apple device and it cannot serve as a Bluetooth speaker for a non Apple device. It can’t turn off a light from my smart plug in 15 min (can only turn on/off immediately) and it only has very basic Siri functions where even my iPhone can do more. The only real upsides to it is that it can turn off my bedroom lamp and that it has decent sound quality. Glad I bought it as open box because I would have been even more disappointed if it was full price.

Packaging was great. Sound was very good for the size. Ended up returning it and getting the full size Home Pod

I wanted to absolutely love this speaker. I am in love with the sound. The bass is good and it is extremely loud. However, the lack of Spotify support is what really drags this speaker down for me. You are able to play Spotify over AirPlay but I would really love to use voice controls to play my playlists. If Apple incorporates Spotify support this would be the best smart speaker on the market. If you have Apple Music I would 100% advise you to get this speaker.

Amazing sound for the price, listens to you even when there is lot of sound in the room. Very easy to set up.

The speaker sounds really good for this size, playing music from all Hompods at the same time is amazing. Siri needs some work. They respond most of the time and I need to use Homebridge to make them as good as Google or Alexa. My biggest issue is if I am holding my phone and it goes anywhere near the Homepod, it just grabs my music even if it is not actively playing music and I have to keep shutting it down

Nicely sized, compared to the original HomePod (a little bigger than a baseball). The sound quality is good for its size and gets plenty loud without distorting. Love the handoff feature when moving my music from iPhone to mini. The downfall, however, is using the speaker with your MacBook. I bought two for a stereo pair to use as my computer speakers. Music works well, but when it comes to videos and video conferencing...it lags big time! There was so much lag using zoom, about 4 seconds, that my mic echoed feedback as it was picking up sounds as my voice and kept feeding it back.

I just love the HomePod mini. It is tiny but packs a big punch. It is perfect for night stands and small tables.

I bought it to use as a digital assistant and a speaker and it works great as both. The bass is obviously not the greatest, but for the price it sounds really good. It also worka really well with find my.

The HomePod is apple’s answer for the smart speaker crowd. It’s multi-speakers under one container makes impressive sound including a nice bass sound for lower registry. Top of it is touch sensitive so you can stop and stop music with a quick tap. Light up volume icons also appear to adjust sound. Works with apple Siri voice commands. Even on sale tho, this is expensive compared to most of the amazon smart speakers.

Bought two in open box and they work just fine. One of them had to be reset but it was super simple, and now I have a relatively low cost Dolby Atmos-style stereo setup! It’s also pretty nice to airplay music to speakers that actually sound good instead of pumping through TV speakers.
