Great product. Wonderful sound. Clarity with all types of music and enough bass to give those who love heavy bass driven music satisfaction. Siri is responsive. Only downside is that its chorded and remains stationary but that's not enough to rate it any lower. Apple outdid themselves with this device. Impressed and I'm not even an apple fan.

great sound for such a small speaker and the microphones work really well for hearing when you talk to it even with music on. I got this one for the kitchen . I have 3 one in the bathroom and bedroom. combined with my apple tv ad the surround sound speakers it fills every corner of my apartment with sound. So good smart speaker if you are in the apple ecosystem.

Surprised at the sound this little speaker puts out. Bass is much deeper than expected too.

Because it's the Apple smart speaker, of course it's a little locked down, really offering only AirPlay 2 and Apple Music as options to get your tunes. (Though a software update still due in 2020 supposedly adds support for other services, it's not here yet.) What I love about the HomePod, though, is its deep bass in its small size, especially if you create a stereo pair. I've done some in-store and at-home listening, and a pair of HomePods definitely gives a single Sonos Five a run for its money in raw sound quality. I've also had very good luck using a HomePod pair instead of a soundbar with an Apple TV, and supposedly the same update that adds support for other music services will allow you to pair an Apple TV 4K with a pair of HomePods for Atmos support. (We'll see how good it actually is, but even if it's not perfect, the price is better than shelling out for another wireless speaker system.) In short, you get more out of a HomePod if you're deep in the Apple ecosystem, but everything I've heard played on one sounds great.

Such easy set up and has just a powerful sound that you can’t even tell it is mini. Great for travel.

Setup was easy, Siri can somehow always hear me so I never have to shout, the controls are all easy, it syncs up with my other Apple devices really really well, and it sounds way better than it has the right to. It’s super bass-ey without drowning out any of the mids or highs.

This is a good sounding speaker for its size. If you pair the speaker with another HomePod mini sounds even better. They're some issues though that Apple still has not figured out. Pairing speakers work well with iOS devices and Apple TV. For some reason pairing speakers does not work with Macs. There is delay on playing any videos on Mac with the speakers. Apparently, pairing the speakers to play with other devices is not a good idea. I have realized that this speaker is best working independently as a single or pair, then you will have a good experience.

I was hesitant of buying home pods for every store room at the massive price tag when I already have a good sound in most of my rooms. HomePod minis allow me to integrate across the house like Google or Alexa smart home devices with a marginally larger price point. I’ll apples EI is less intelligent than Google Alexa the Apple in a Gratian such as turning on Apple TV is in the attic security from Apple service makes it well worth the investment. I am hopeful for added features in the coming update in September however her most Apple new devices and a great first product
