This little speaker is plenty power to fill a room with some music to get you through your days daily task. Love the home connection and voice commands. Definitely will be getting a few more.

Replace some older Samsung speakers that have been very problematic - always cutting out and disconnecting. The Apple HomePods were easy to set up and reliably play music in a multi-speaker setup. They are not very big and are not as powerful as the Samsungs, but they stay connected. For smaller spaces they are big enough to provide sound.

super small and cute but the sound is excellent. i just wish siri did more things.

If you've finally surrendered to the notion that you need an always-on listening device in your home just so that you can occasionally shout at it to play "Pump Up the Jam" while you wash dishes or vacuum your dog, then this is the best choice out there. Way too expensive for what it is, but that's Apple. However, if you accidentally activate Siri, you might get some sweet class action money. Worth it!

These are a great thing to have, nice to have your lights turn on automatically and the speaker is great

I really like this product, it's very good, and I've always wanted one.

It was groundbreaking when it first came out, now there are a number of other smart speakers that are similarly sized and sometimes cheaper. The advantage of this speaker is that it works with SIRI, but Siri has limitations. It isn't necessarily very good at getting answers unless you want to look on your phone

I really want to give this speaker 5 stars. The sound is phenomenal, the functionality is phenomenal...however....the first month I had this device, I was plagued with constant issues keeping my devices connected to the speaker. I use this device 99% of the time with airplay from my iPhone X. During this month, I could not play music for more than about 30-45 minutes before I would lose connection to it. The HomePod would not drop off if my network, it was almost like it would start rejecting traffic from my iPhone. I tested this on an iPhone X, iPhone 6s, iPad Pro, and from iTunes on a windows based computer. I set the HomePod up on its own wireless network (different access point than my main) that was very close to it to verify the signal was strong, but the issue still occurred. After a couple factory resets and making some changes to my home hub settings, this issue *seems* to have disappeared. I have also revamped my home network to a Ubiquiti one, so that might also be a factor. Either way, the speaker still sound absolutely stunning. Especially the bass that this little can is able to create.

The bass alone is phenomenal! sound and quality are impeccable!

So far I am really liking this and using it to replace Alexa. The only reason for the good vs excellent rating is that the speaker sometimes will just lose it’s connection or so and music will stop playing. I’ve heard it has less features or Siri is not as good but it does what I need. Tells me the time, weather, let’s me set timers and stream music or video audio to it. Overall though for the price the sound quality is great and on par if not better than the Amazon Echo we had before.

While a little bit more difficult to setup than what Apple makes it out to be, I do like this new HomePod mini. The home pod mini uses wifi, not Bluetooth, and is always available to give info or play music. I bought it primarily to play my Apple Match library - which it does flawlessly. Sound is very good with no distortion. Would definitely recommend.

Works great, bought this for the kids. They always had the tv super loud because it was on the other side of the room from them. Placed this near them for when they watch Apple TV. Volume isn’t as loud as before and it sounds great.
