This is the 6th HomePod we have bought. The sound quality is really outstanding especially considering the size of the speaker. However, when you put two in the same room and make them a pair, the sound quality is absolutely amazing. Also, Siri works well and you can use it to turn off lights, set timers, and even take phone calls and send texts.

these provide some really great surround sound with my apple tv. I have about two or three of these now, just wish they were cordless.

This is a nice little speaker for a small place. I like how it works with my Apple devices. The sound is good enough for my needs.

This is a value purchase. I purchased two speakers thus enabling a stereo connection that fills a 12 X 12 room with quality sound. It helps that I have apple play and I'm impressed with the responsiveness of Siri.

Need WiFi therefore not mobile but good sound in my room and great for setting alarms

Of the pluses, I can single out the build quality and materials, as well as excellent sound and microphone. And of course one of the best voice assistants, Siri.

Home pod mini is so cool. And I can’t believe how good the sound quality is for the small size. Works great with Apple home and as a speaker.

I love the new apple home pod speaker. It has great sound for it to be small. The sound is very clear and has a nice bass sound. Plus the sound travels very well around the house. Good investment to have for a good price.

It syncs amazing with my other HomePods and the sound it’s pretty good.

Like everything Apple, works seemlessly from the minute you turn it on. Giving in 4* because I feel with the Minis you really need a pair to get good volume in a larger room. But they are priced right to buy multiple.

I couldn’t make up my mind between this and a Sonos One so purchased both to compare: Sound: Both sound great, but I actually preferred the Sonos overall. The HomePod bass sound great but clarity suffered. Sonos isn’t as bass heavy but me and my wife listened to both and found to prefer the Sonos for its great clarity and thought it reproduced the music more as it was intended than the HomePod. Obviously very subjective. Smarts: Sonos wins this hands down with its Alexa integration and upcoming support for google and airplay 2. Siri on the HomePod is basic and not that useful. One positive with the HomePod was how well it can hear you even when the music is loud. Value: Sonos hands down. You can get two for the price of one HomePod Other: HomePod locks you in to the Apple ecosystem. If you are all in on Apple, great. But, if you want flexibility then look to Sonos.

Surprised by the sound and quality. Will be purchasing a 2nd one to crest the “cinema experience”. Love that I can summon Siri to do assist me with things.

This thing is a great speaker! It’s pretty loud for being so small. The Siri smart home stuff is great too. Finally a cheap way to get into the Apple HomeKit.
