I want to first start off by saying I’m a loyal Apple user. I have everything Apple and love all of my Apple products. So when I wanted to transform my new home into all things Smart home - I naturally chose the HomePod to serve as the main hub for everything as well as my main speaker for music. Everything they say about crisp, clear and quality sound is true, HOWEVER, I’m afraid to say that I prefer my Bose revolve + for music, especially during gatherings. The HomePod just doesn’t play loud enough. You could barely see it in the room next door even though I had it at full blast. I wanted a smart speaker to connect with all my smart products and my Bose doesn’t offer that (not the one I have, at least), so I’m now considering Sonos. If volume doesn’t matter to you, then this is a great speaker.

I've had the HomePod for over a year now and I use it almost everyday. Regardless of where its placed it sounds great and its super easy to play music to it using Airplay 2.

I love my HomePod! It’s pretty loud for its size! One thing I will say is that it tends to disconnect from WiFi from time to time. Other than that it’s awesome!

Great speaker that does everything that I want it to do and more. Have 2 in stereo and they sound even better.... the HomePod features are very easy to use as well

HomePod is incredible! Hi fidelity sound mixed with ease of use and functionality. Price is high but we’ll worth every penny, especially if you are an audiophile.

Got this a few days ago and so far it has been what I expected from Apple. From the setting up, to the integration and ease of use with my other Apple products, and the sound quality is great. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Excellent build quality. Heavy. Very good sound for size; perhaps the best sounding small speaker I have heard. Wish there were more accessories and a good doorbell option.

I was very impressed with the HomePod. I got it on sale for $200 and it was totally worth it. It has amazing sound quality that is almost theatrical like. The Siri commands are very basic and not much that you can do with it. I was slightly disappointed that you can’t ask Siri to play Spotify for you, BUT, you can connect Spotify to it through your iPhone which I was happy about. Definitely recommend this speaker for anyone who is looking for a high quality sound home smart speaker!

By far, the best electronic device I purchased during the holiday season while it was still on sale. Compliments the Apple echo system of the iPhone or iPad streaming Apple Music to the HomePod. The sound is amazing. It's all the great sound in one small device without all the wires and components those "back in the day" systems required (e.g., turntable, tape deck, speakers, etc.). Yes, Siri will need improving, but it will only get better with further iOS upgrades. Read reviews and capabilities before I purchased it on what it can do and what it can't (e.g., what apps don't work with it). And you can control the volume via your iPhone too! Highly recommend if you're into Apple.

The best thing about the speak is the sound and ease of use with Airplay. I really does sound good no matter where you place it in a room. Setup couldn't be easier.

Great sound in a small package, purchased this because it’s a technical breakthrough with so many speakers in a small package and yet now it’s at an affordable price.

I’m using HomePod in combination with Apple TV and HomeKit. Siri controls all my Lights, Fans and even my TV. And the sound is really amazing with a deep base. I have to get a second one soon.

The sound quality is excellent. Siri is more responsive than on any other Apple product I own. The set up was incredibly easy and adding other controllable products in my home is simple to do.

Great sound and with Apple Music I can easily access my playlists and use my smart devices with HomeKit. Not all my devices are compatible with Apple and if you do not have Apple Music or do not plan to pay for it, then this is not for you.

I primarily bought for hearing music, it has some good tweeters and a good deep bass, some time little more than expected bass to my taste. Smart speaker?? Well some what fine

Deep bass and clear sound. Put two of these together and it competes with conventional stereo systems. Weakness is no ability to adjust sound settings. Sometimes the bass is too dominant.
