I have 2 and have them set up in the home app so I can use them as my surround sound for my Apple TV! Never thought I would say that but I got rid of wires and other devices for a more clean look. I love HomePod and the sound is great! Not to mention it can control my ecobee thermostat and my August door lock.

I love it it works with my apple ecosystem I can't wait to buy another one.

I am so disappointed in this product. I have three of them. They have never worked as advertised. You would think that they would work flawlessly within an Apple ecosystem. I have it all, iPhones, iPads, iMac, Apple TV, iCloud, Apple Music etc. When I try to connect more than one for a multi room experience they don’t sync and often play different music, then they stop playing and I get messages on my iPhone that more than one person is using my Apple Music? Even when only one is playing it constantly disconnects. Trying to add family members, what a joke. Voice recognition, lol. Not a smart speaker, Siri is totally useless for asking questions, if I wanted to send it to my phone I would’ve use the phone in the first place. I’m done, back to my Bose speaker and Google home mini‘s.

Bought for parents with iPhones. They wanted a speaker to use on the patio and love it!

Good for what it is and what you pay for. Volume is definitely not there when compared to the original HomePod.

On my experience this is an excellent product, easy to use and a high efficiency item.

First, If you are using this solely as a music player it sounds incredible. The reviews aren’t lying, it is an amazing streaming music player but problems really come into play with using it in concjunction with Apple TV. It consistently froze the image or cut off the audio, the Apple TV remote control would only occasionally control the volume of the connected homepod while watching TV, and my video quality was also sporadically decent at best when using the HomePod for my audio source. These problems only worsened with the addition of airplay 2 through an update. Basically, it failed to play audio that was not directly requested via voice through the HomePod about 30-40% of the time. I spoke with Apple several times but they never had a solution, constantly forwarding the info to the engineers but they couldn’t fix the problems either apparently. I even upgraded my router and WiFi package but with two expresses and an extreme pulling 112mbps it still wouldn’t cooperate with the Apple TV. My whole house is filled with Apple products and I’ve been thrilled with the results of all of them except this one. Depending on your intended use, it’s either a homer in or a dud.

Well it’s an Apple product, so you know it must sound amazing. Oh it does. The bass is amazing and this tiny thing is loud enough to hear from rooms away. Unfortunately, you need Apple Music to really get the most out of it. Also, it’s not as smart as Alexa. If you have money to blow, then this is great. I wish i had gotten the Alexa.

Works as expected for Apple HomeKit devices to connect.

If you are looking for a good speaker from a namebrand company i think this is a good option but if you are looking for a alexa alternative this is a horrible option, its practically useless with voice commands but thag speaker quality is amazing

Set up was easy. Doesnt sync well with SONOS system however.

I am very impressed with the sound quality of this speaker. Best I’ve heard out of comparable devices. Siri could definitely use a revamp to compete with Alexa and Cortana, but the smart functions for playing music work well. I haven’t connected any other smart home devices so I can’t speak to the performance of these options.

Second purchase i brought one for the game room, second one for the wife!

The apple ecosystem is not complete without one of these in each room.
