I didn’t expect much from such a small speaker, but it sounds very great. I expected that speaker would be a little bigger, but I’m glad that it’s very small. And integration with iPhone is amazing

For the price, it's much better value than the expensive homepod. I had no troubles with this and it sounds great, and I love the compact size.

I'm listening to music from my HomePod as I write this. If you're a tech nerd like I am, you'll know what everyone else says: HomePod has terrific internals––you certainly won't be disappointed with its sound quality––but don't expect much from Siri being a "smart speaker." A recent survey stated that customers in the Apple ecosystem are more likely to pair their apple-product-oriented lifestyle with Alexa products than Google Home products, which is the same for me. I let the versatility of Alexa handle the truly smart, smart home functions (i.e. Hue bulbs, smart outlets––which are way way way cheaper and reliable than HomeKit outlets, among other smart accessories). Anyway, back to HomePod: crisp, clear highs, well-rounded bass, good midtones make for great 360˚ sound. The touch screen is limited to the same controls one would get from the included EarPods with any iPhone––they just look more aesthetic. Other details: it's heavy for its small size, you NEED an Apple Music subscription to take advantage of full Siri voice controls, other sounds (music, youtube, whatever) can still be streamed to HomePod via Airplay (and Airplay 2 when it comes out), it works ONLY with apple devices since there is no bluetooth (I know right).

I bought two of these to use with my Apple TV and absolutely love the functionality and the sound that these produce at a great price

I bought my first HomePod mini and I never thought that something so small would give me perfect sound and the best thing is that Siri is always ready! I think I'll continue using Apple! Well I think that's the only thing that's out there! For the moment I will have to buy another to made my MacBook Pro happy ! Thanks Apple!

Love this speaker. Small, but sounds great. We now have three in our home. Intercom better than yelling at the kids from across the house.

We're a big Apple household with a variety of smart switches and accessories that interact with Siri. While the HomePod mini provides an excellent voice control portal, *two* HomePod minis provides an excellent soundscape for Apple Music. Pairing a second HomePod mini is *Apple* simple, and the sound quality is truly amazing.

Sounds decent, but electronics are glitchy. Sometimes starts playing when I don’t want it to (and when I’m two floors away). Takes too long to pair with iPhone 13 Pro when I do want it to play. Sometimes decides it won’t play YouTube audio stream, sometimes OK with YouTube audio. That seems to be a known issue, and there is a work around, but why is this even a problem on a mature product from a quality company? I wish it could just be used as a simple Bluetooth speaker. I’m going to try an Echo Dot. I don’t need or want any of the smart home features, just a decent compact speaker.

Love my HomePod! Volume wise it’s quite potent considering it’s small size. Surprisingly heavy and sturdy, easy to connect to all my other Apple devices. Claims to have excellent “hey Siri” listening capabilities Including over loud sounds and it does that fairly well, I still wish it could hear a little better though but overall I am satisfied. Would absolutely recommend, wish I had gotten it much sooner! Must be plugged into an outlet to work does not operate on any sort of battery.

Apple’s HomePod is amazing in terms of sound and ease of use when connecting to the other members of the Apple ecosystem in your home. It sounds wonderful and takes little to no effort to set up. But it is PRICEY, at $299.99 brand new. Open Vox condition can offset the steel price tag, as can opting for the HomePod Mini. Quality wise, the HomePod wins the day.

Great Speakers, good quality, big sound in a small package. Bought two but could not put into stereo mode for all instance, only works with certain apps in stereo, minus one star for that.

The HomePod hasn't been a huge winner for Apple. It's expensive and Siri has lagged behind Alexa in speech recognition. On the other hand, I've become fed-up with the advertising and e-commerce ecosystems of Google and Amazon, respectively, and would rather pay a little more for my privacy. I frankly don't mind if Apple uses my data to improve its products - we all benefit from that, though I know Apple benefits the most financially. Plus, Apple products look great and they work amazingly well inside the Apple world. In this respect, HomePod did not disappoint. It pairs almost instantly with your phone and you can easily move back and for between the audio on your phone and the HomePod, depending on your needs. It sounds great, though not much better than a high-end Echo to be honest. And so far I haven't had a single issue with Siri. Plus, you get a free, temporary subscription to Apple Music. The only issue is the price. It should be $100 less, and if it was I think Apple would have a hit product. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Love how compact this speaker is! Sound quality is great as well. It was easy to pair with my phone and I haven’t had any issues with it.

It’s good and works well. Volume is great. I love the dual speaker set up for tv, it’s like having surround sound.

Bought this for someone as a Christmas gift. No issues after 3 months of use. Speaker can get nice and loud and Siri commands are nice

Great sound in such a small package! I use it in my home office and it fills the room. Great product! Am thinking about buying a second one!
