I have not had a desktop computer in a long time. My iMac was a great way to go! I am able to use it with ease and that color of course is beautiful as well as the display!!! The system is easy to flow through.

Purchase of the Apple IMAC from BEST BUY went well and the product was delivered without any damage. BB offered to carry it to my car. All items worked fine and I am very satisfied with this transaction. The price was excellent and could not be matched by any other supplier.

Looks and runs like what I expected. Only issue is it wont seem to integrate with a Samsung phone. But havent had alot of time to work on it with holidays here

It is exactly what it is advertised. Powerful and effective. Very easy to use and will provide you a great experience. The M3 is the best so far in the Apple lineup.

I've always used a PC until now. I'm totally impressed with this computer. It's fast and the operating system is intuitive. The display is the best I've ever used.

This mac is fast and versatile. Running livestream is a breeze at church using obs and switching between 4 cameras and linking a MacBook pro running PowerPoint. Hooray.

Great machine and very speedy with the new chip. I use this primarily for video editing and photo editing. You may want to get an external if you do the same though.

I love this Desktop so much .It is easy and smooth to use. I have Dell ,Samsung laptop but the Apple Desktop is my favor I never had.

The new iMac is really nice and sleek.I wanted the green iMac to replace my 10 year old Mac. While browsing, I saw this open box item that is available for pick up at the San Carlos store. I have never bought an open box item so I know the risk I am taking with this purchase. However, since I was told that this is still in good condition and that there are no missing parts, I went ahead and purchased this. When I opened the box at home, I found out that the power cord is missing so I was not able to turn it on. Since it was already late at night and the store is closed, I went back the next day after work and fortunately, the store agent was able to help me right away and gave me the missing item. To be fair, he took care of it right away. I was so eager to try this new computer as I was driving back home (30 mins drive). I already set up my iMac to my home office desk the night before, so as soon as I got home, I connected the power cord to the adapter right away, plugged it in and turned it on. But to my disappointment, this iMac still has the existing account from the previous buyer with a password, so of course, I am not able to test and use it again. I called their customer support and I was advised to bring everything to the store. And since it was already late at night, I have to wait the next day (which is today). Very disappointing but I guess I just want this iMac in green color so bad. But the hassle of going back and forth is really frustrating. My question now is: Isn't Best Buy expected to be checking that all returned items are in good condition or good as new if they are selling it back to their customers? If Best Buy is putting out an open box item, and it clearly states that it is Geek squad verified, then as a buying customer I expect that it has been really checked. My guess is that this item was returned and was just put back on their shelf waiting for it to be resold? Otherwise, the account of the previous buyer and password should have already been deleted from this iMac and restored to its factory setting (as advertised) if indeed it was verified. As a total member for several years, this is the first time I have to go through all this. Guess it has to go back to the store. I will be more cautious with open box items next time.

I approve of everything about Apple Mac all-in-one-M3chip-8GBMemory-256GB. MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT! The only negative was delivery but she got it and that’s all that matter. They delivered it late and without signing of customer.

Love this new computer. Easy to use. Quick start up each time. Replacement of same model that was 10 years old and could not update operating software.

So far this is a fantastic computer, the only thing that would make it better is to have 1Tb installed.
