    My wife and I went to the store and we were helped by a very efficient BB representative. He showed the options we had with the iMac we wanted to buy. As a result we get the computer in a couple of days. We are very happy with the experience.

    I love it. The only problem is some of the things that were on my other machine were not able to be transferred. That may be the fault of the technician who attempted to do it.

    I bought this iMac to replace an older model that I had for many years. This new iMac is so much faster and reliable. Since I had the iCloud system, all my files were accessible to my new iMac. Since I have a MacBook Pro computer as well, I have the security of never loosing my data if one of my computers does not work.
