My wife (the new computer is hers) and I can't really respond to this review because we've been unable to get the computer and the printer connected.

Computer worked great for about a year. It was lightly used. One morning I woke up to turn it on and the screen backlight stopped working. Unfortunately it was 3 weeks after the warranty was up. Come to find out this is a problem with IMacs. Very disappointing. Get extended warranty

New Mac requires cloud access to function smoothly. Use of Passport backup not supported, and requires adapter to connect. Computer requires owner password to log-in after sleep.

Product is fine but online instructions on how to use it are very poor.

I have always had great luck with Apple products. This iMac 24" desktop was the fourth Apple computer we have owned , but this one only lasted about 5 and half weeks. I was disappointed that it was not just exchanged for a new one, but instead we had to send it in for repairs. I think that it is a lemon and not reflective of what to expect from Apple, but now I am not sure. No way Best Buy or Apple should not give us a brand new computer, we will see.

I didn’t get my computer. I paid for something I did not receive. I will never have anything delivered from Best Buy due to my computer being stolen By the FedEx driver.

8GB of ram is not enough for a decent running mac. it is slow and lags so much. my small laptop can handle a lot more than this,

Great Product. Apple's minimum system configuration should be 8GB Ram x 512GB hard drive. Not 8GB x 256GB So if you have lots of photos and videos I would recommend going with the 512GB hard drive. You are going to pay more as well.

UPS lost our computer, and customer service was not helpful in offering a replacement. We purchased an open box, excellent item at a great price. We weren’t looking to buy the latest and greatest, because the primary user would have been a child. Now, we are faced with paying $500 more for a newer computer that my child doesn’t need or want. Lesson learned: do not ship a desktop. Only pick up in store, even if that means driving a few extra miles,

Best buy is horrible. I order a pink open box Mac Desktop. They sent a silver one. They sent me a return label. Sent it back 2 weeks ago and I still have not been refunded. They are holding my money hostage. Everytine I call I get the run around with some overseas call center. Horrible customer service.

After 3-4 weeks of visits, purchasing and returning of flawed printers, and pick up of a new computer with untransfered info. You finally got it right.

Dumped in the mailroom on its side by FedEx when your employees assured me it would be delivered to me and signed for by me. We have locked delivery boxes which we pay for and that was ignored, also. Inner box smells moldy and I am concerned about the quality and integrity of the IMac.

My old MAC had gotten so slow and non-responsive, so I had to replace it. My new iMAC is wonderful. It was a snap to set up.I had access to all my old files from the Cloud. The new one is quick and enjoyable to use. No complaints.

Only had it for one month screen is black and won’t turn on

I'm really satisfied with this computer. It does exactly what I need it to do and it was so easy to set up. The design is really attractive and although it is the base model and doesn't have too much storage, it fits my needs. I would recommend this computer wholeheartedly.
