Great Product. Apple's minimum system configuration should be 8GB Ram x 512GB hard drive. Not 8GB x 256GB So if you have lots of photos and videos I would recommend going with the 512GB hard drive. You are going to pay more as well.

Best buy is horrible. I order a pink open box Mac Desktop. They sent a silver one. They sent me a return label. Sent it back 2 weeks ago and I still have not been refunded. They are holding my money hostage. Everytine I call I get the run around with some overseas call center. Horrible customer service.

After 3-4 weeks of visits, purchasing and returning of flawed printers, and pick up of a new computer with untransfered info. You finally got it right.

Dumped in the mailroom on its side by FedEx when your employees assured me it would be delivered to me and signed for by me. We have locked delivery boxes which we pay for and that was ignored, also. Inner box smells moldy and I am concerned about the quality and integrity of the IMac.

My old MAC had gotten so slow and non-responsive, so I had to replace it. My new iMAC is wonderful. It was a snap to set up.I had access to all my old files from the Cloud. The new one is quick and enjoyable to use. No complaints.

Only had it for one month screen is black and won’t turn on

I'm really satisfied with this computer. It does exactly what I need it to do and it was so easy to set up. The design is really attractive and although it is the base model and doesn't have too much storage, it fits my needs. I would recommend this computer wholeheartedly.

I asked for another color and they give me a wrong one so disappointed

This Mac is able to run smoothly even with multiple tabs or apps open. For being a base model Mac, I believe it feels just as premium as any other Apple product I have ever owned. It is also super easy to set up and connects to the rest of my Apple products seamlessly.

I love my new iMac, the optics are so much better than my older MacBook Pro (around 15 yrs old). I love the large screen that makes designing and creativity so much more precise. The Magic Mouse and keyboard are a bonus. Even only having 256Gb works with no problem with the addition of iCloud. Love everything about it!

I really like my iMax. It is my 2nd one. Only one thing that caught me by surprise. The mouse has to be recharged and the recharge port is underneath and when you are recharging it that way, you can not use it and are extreemly hadicapted using the imax computer. But that charge lasts a long time...so.....not that much of a problem. Also, I used the external hard drive I used with the 1st imax I had. Works fine, but in music it shows a different title to the one that is playing on much of the iTunes music files on that hard drive I mentioned above. Maybe I am doing something wrong...I don't know.

Just purchased the new Imac 25! Love the screen size and the key board and mousse! Nice for me with everday use! I recommend this Imac
