    Does not work, does not turn on. Magic mouse and keyboard does not work. Will not charge. Had to use my own cord and plug. Cord not included but says it does. Best buy says “NO!, I have to buy NEW cord, some models do not include cord.”

    I opened my brand new beautiful computer that I had waited so long for to find a shattered screen. I tried to return it to Best Buy and they accused me of doing this to the computer myself. They refused to accept the return, cooperate was no help. So now I have a 2,000 broken computer.

    6 sechedued appts and no one ever showed up. only number 6 did they call and say to reschedule...how is it best sells computers but will never send anyone to set them up or finish a job even as a total tech member

    The computer arrived functional, but after a couple days it stopped functioning. I took it to the apple store, they tried various things then determined it needed new parts. they ordered the parts. there was a couple delays. the computer is now fixed, since may 10, but i haven't had time to go pick it up. so for an april 4 purchase, I still don't have a computer.

    Best Buy should learn to compete better, was able to get this exact item for about $200 less when Best but refused to price match. I tried to buy locally and gave them the chance but they refused.

    I was really in need of a major upgrade from my old Mac from back in the 2000s. Not only is this IMAC much more slimmer but it has the great performance for my office and home needs. The display is excellent and the color is just beautiful.
