I purchased this iMac to replace the iMac I have had since 2012. The Best Buy price was reasonable, the process was smooth and the Geek Squad in-home set-up was efficient and instructional. The Geek Squad technician, Austin, was knowledgeable, personable and provided great tips and recommendations.

iMac is superb! Folks at the BestBuy store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’m docking a star for a gift card issue. I tried to use a gift card on the purchase but the PIN number came off when I pulled back the strip. The store said this could only be remedied by the gift card helpline. The helpline said the store needed to remedy the issue. After some more back and forth, the helpline said they would mail a replacement card. It’s 2 weeks now, but no card or confirmation that it’s even been sent.

I have own Macs for many years, it was time to upgrade my 27” I Mac. Wanted latest M3 chip , some concern on screen size but after using for 3 weeks no problem. Geek squad guy, Nick, was a pro and smooth out the transition of files and setup.

After 2 weeks with no problems, the screen is showing a vertical purple line through it and another line at the to top of the screen, horizontally. This happened on the LAST day of Apple’s 14 day return policy to the store! I was so upset because I already have a lot of my work on the system and I cant just drop everything and return the computer. Now im in a bind due to best buy’s negligence. Since Best Buy only allows a 14 day return policy on Apple products, I’m gonna have to deal with Apple directly. Even though it’s not Apple’s fault, it’s Best Buy. They damaged it during the shipping process. I had it delivered to my house from the store. I’ve been so upset about it, but I haven’t had time to call Apple because Im so busy with work. What SHOULD happen is Best Buy should replace it. Period. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my work. I work from home and my job is my computer. I am a postdoc and needed a computer that has primarily a larger screen, faster processing power, and storage space for new apps and research documents. I was very pleased to finally get this All-In-One Silicon M3 chip iMac in light blue. It came shipped in a very secure double box. Setting it up was very easy. It comes with a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and charger that connects with the iMac in the back to any regular outlet in your workspace. My iMac works wonders!! My favorite things about it is that it’s wicked fast when browsing, has super speedy processing power, high quality vision/clarity (wallpapers are astonishing), and an expansive monitor for viewing Zoom interviews, meetings, and writing. My review was incentivized to win a BestBuy gift card today. I hope i get a BestBuy gift card for writing this. Overall, I highly recommend this iMac. It is the latest model and a significant upgrade from my old MacBook Air (2017 BestBuy purchase) that got me through grad school. I decided to get this iMac as well because of the M3 chip. I researched that it has nearly 50-60% more processing speed than older models with older chips, and thus are cheaper as a whole in that respect. You get what you pay for. Hence, this iMac is a huge investment and I believe it is well worth it in the end. I am an Apple girl forever! Also, I have not transferred any old files from my MacBook Air to my iMac. It feels good to work from a clean slate, and still get to AirDrop files as needed if I am going to be needing to work on those files on the run (ie, travel).

Excellent. Lightening fast. Easy to use. I purchased it to replace my previous iMac, 14 years old and starting to fail. 14 years old. This was such an improvement, so much has happened in the 14 years since I purchased my previous iMac. Fabulous. And the screen is amazing. Colors so vibrant. Everything so clear.

I'm very happy with this iMac! I've been using a ~2012 MacBook for the longest until I finally had to make an upgrade. The speed, quality, and graphics of this iMac have been great. I'm obsessed with the screensaver picture quality daily. It was fairly easy to move information from my old MacBook to it. There have been some changes that I need to get used to but overall I'm very happy with this product. The only thing I personally don't like is that there are only the thunderbolt ports, so you'll need an adapter to connect USBs and HDMIs. I also learned that if you need to connect something like a tablet or HDMI make sure that your adapter is plugged into the ports with the lightning bolt by them.

Best Buy suggested this Apple product as a replacement to my dying 15 year old laptop. Love my new computer. It is fast and allows me to do all the things I wanted a computer for. Sleek, compact and easily understood. A VERY powerful tool.

I was very skeptical that this would fit my desk because I was nervous that the screen would be way too big. It's perfect! It's so much better than I was anticipating. The screen and picture quality is incredible, it's fast, and I love the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. I'm so glad I went forward with this purchase, so far it's the best Best Buy purchase I've made.

This is my 2nd iMac computer. My first one is an iMac 27inch late 2011 model. It still works great, just can't be updated anymore, which I'm sad about. I decided it was time to purchase a new one. I love the green, one of my favorite colors. I would like to have had another 27inch monitor, but I'm getting used to the 24 inch monitor. I should have researched a little more, because unfortunately, I cannot add additional memory to this one. My old one, I added memory to it myself. However, so far so good. I've had this new one for about a month and no issues. The reason for the 4 stars is because I will not have the ability to add memory when needed. So I'm hoping this one will last another 13 years for me. Apples are an investment for sure, but in my opinion, definitely worth it.

I love my new iMac 24" All-in-One. It was very quick and easy to set up and begin using in 5 minutes. This is my 2nd Mac Desktop computer. The first one never broke down but it got too old (10 or 11 years) that the newer levels of security on a couple of sites could not work without the Chrome update, which was undoable with such an old computer. So, I teated myself to a new similar computer, the iMac. The ease of connection to my other Apple devices and the familiarity made it worth the value, to me. And it is simple to use. Love, love, love it.

Love the size the screen fast love the color great for my small business and school

I like this all in one computer. I have had at least 8 MACs since 1994. Many laptops. As I approach retirement no longer need a laptop and this all in one is perfect. Nice looking, fast enough for my needs and offers all the functionality I will need. Great Mac
