    I purchased an apple computer after i had just purchased a hair product for my daughter that same day. The agent at the store sold me on the best buy credit card saying you get an additional 15% of bonus rewards (on top of the typical 5%) if signing up that day. He credited the hair item and then put it with my computer purchase saying it would be fine. I did that in December. Its now late March and no bonus rewards have been rewarded. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times and they just keep saying wait it will be credited. I even have a case reference after they told me once it was approved. Never again.
