    I have been a Mac user for years and have upgraded numerous times. This upgrade is unbelievable. The new chip is FAST!. I still use the older machines for some applications, but they seem to crawl while this new iMac 24-inch All run One - M4 chip with 16 GB Memory and 512 GB SSD flies.

    I really do not know how well this imac works since it has not yet been set up correctly. I have tried for about three weeks to fix it. Geek Squad did not help. I called Apple support and after about four hours they gave up. Supposedly Apple support will send me some help on December, over three weeks after I contacted them.

    I had an old iMac that was too old to update its operating system and had trouble with optimizing web browsing. I spurged for this new iMac 24-inch and I don't regret my decision at all.

    Low rating not Best Buy’s fault. Friend picked up and offered to set it up because he had done his. Well something went wrong and its stuck on entering the password. And my last name is spelled wrong. Apple doesn’t help because I didn’t buy it at Apple.
