    I have been using Apple products for many years. I am not happy with all the changes they have made over the years. The new iMac is not as user friendly as the old iMac was. I have had to call AppleCare almost every day since I purchased this Mac. Will be my last iMac, Apple is not what it was. Sad!!

    I hate the new function of the iMac . Everything saves to the cloud . Your files don’t exactly stay on the computer . The quality has gone down so much . My internet on this iMac is so slow .which I have no idea why . My adobe apps don’t work properly on here . Example adobe lightroom I can’t say my own custom presets anymore . The min I close out of the app it’s gone . So that’s annoying . The tools don’t work well on this computer when using the apps . Photoshop has a mind of its on they just don’t wanna play nice with apple on this new iMac system . I still have my iMac that’s over 9 years old and it’s so much faster and my files stay on the computer . No internet problems when I upload its lightning speed . No issues with my adobe apps . The only reason I got a new one cause my video card is going out and I have pink lines .

    This iMac is used for image projection and media play back. The hardware performance is great. The design choice to put the headphone jack on the side and the ethernet jack on the power brick are not so great.

    The computer was easy to set-up, but a manual on the basics would've helped more. It's alot different than my wife's tablet and phone, had to youtube a few things.
