A very good, reliable computer. Everything works well except for the keyboard. I don't understand why they included a mini keyboard on a computer that costs this much. Expect to spend an extra $100 or more on a compatible keyboard. Also, it could benefit from a few more USB and USB-C ports on the back.

I have always wanted an apple desktop! And last weekend I finally got one. I love this machine the visuals the tutorial easy to just plug in following instructions and use. I’m so happy feels like Christmas every morning. I walk into my office.

Great device! Quick processing. Smaller than our pervious 27”-which is good if you are sitting closer to the screen.

Daughter needed a new computer and I love my Apple products so a iMac or Mac Mini was the way to go. I went with the iMac because it’s an all in one with the built in camera, speakers and amazing monitor. It was a no brained for me. My daughter loves it. She immediately started using it for her school work. It also integrates with all our other Apple products so she also uses it as a second screen for all her artwork and editing.

I love this new IMAC! My old one needed to be put down lol. Eric was our sales representative and oh my goodness…..he was patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, used suggestive selling (which I love). He was the whole package in one guy. Best experience ever, I mean EVER. He needs a raise!

The color is so pretty. My 16 year old loves both how it looks and works. She uses for online school and games with no issues.

Very happy with the customer service I received from Will and other Best Buy employees for this purchase. Works great for my family’s needs and I’ll be back to buy another probably in the near future.

Great performance. Transfer from using HP to Mac was no problem.

Wasn’t sure getting a iMac was going to be worth the price but it definitely is! Editing videos on this is night and day difference from our previous computer

This is my first Mac so it’s taking me a little time to get used to. I’ve always had a windows computer so this is nothing like that. It’s very fast, which I like. I have other Apple devices so the transition to a Mac is a little different but similar.

Love this desktop all-in-one computer. So easy to set up, doesn't take a lot of space, not an eye sore, well worth the investment. Got it for personal (vs business) use and meets all of my needs. Highly recommend it.

its apple... its always going to be a great purchase

This Apple, what else to say? We have Apple phones and Apple IPAD’s. Our old laptop was being phased out with whatever Windows we had, the Dell was kicking the bucket! Didn’t want to spend a lot of money but after looking at other brands we decided to go with Apple. A few people told us this would be a little different than a Windows based computer and there might be a little bit of a learning curve. After receiving it and getting it hooked up we were totally amazed! The screen is amazing, the colors are that good. Just a great computer overall and everything seemed to match up to our IPADS, it almost does everything for you. Took a little time to hook up our new wireless printer but not bad!

Daughter love it. She uses it for school projects and gaming.
