    It is different than what we are used to so it has taken time to figure it all out. However it is getting there. Nice to have children to help us to do that.

    AFTER I GOT IT SET UP, EVERYTHING IS WORKING . I HAD TO TAKE IT TO LANCASTER BCAUSE TH E GEEK SQUAT COULD NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVing.

    A couple of days before Christmas, I bought an open box an Apple 2023 24", M3 iMac computer advertised in "excellent" condition for $879 which could be returned to any BB location. I was willing to drive 4 1/2 hours round trip to pick it up in Paramus, New Jersey from Norwalk, Connecticut. When I opened the box, the power cord/adaptor was missing. Apple didn't sell as a separate accessory. I called Best Buy and went into its local store and was told that they also didn't carry that accessory as a separate item and that I'd have to buy on the secondary market. I found the correct adaptor on eBay and purchased it at my expense for an additional $179. I was able to start up the computer. However, when setting it up, it became clear that there was a major problem with the computer. I tried to sign in and a message appeared that another user had control of computer. I immediately stopped installation but my personal information may have already been compromised. I had to change my 25 passwords hurredly. Then I called customer care who advised me to return it to any BB location. I carefully repacked the computer to ensure its safety. I brought the computer to closest BB location (5 minutes from home). The clerks were baffled by the history and wouldn't give me a refund.The manager was called in and rudely concluded that I'd have to return to the New Jersey location. He actually said to me in front of other customers, you waited 10 days to return, how do I know you didn't infect the computer? I got agitated and demanded to see a more senior manager. He said he was top manager in store. He didn't want to deal with problem any further, so he called the police. The police were very helpful and the manager would not cooperate. With the help of the officers, I was able to contact BB customer care while in the store who calmly offered to email a return label to me. I returned the computer and received a refund. Now I don't have the reduced priced computer, my holidays were ruined and I and other family members spend hours and hours of time dealing with the problems arising from BB ineptitude. BB finally offered to sell a $1399 computer to me for $1199 leaving me to pay an extra $200 to get what I had purchased for $879! I rejected their offer. Their corporate management remained as unreasonable as their store locations.

    Great computer! The mouse doesn't work the greatest. When I click on a link, half the time it doesn't work.

    If youre not an apple user, this isnt for you. Computer was very nice, however very hard to use
