Great value. The base model doesn’t have a finger print scanner but it bypasses the password if I’m wearing my Apple Watch so I guess I shouldn’t need it.

This is a beautiful computer but a huge disappointment. I went to Best Buy to purchase a computer (where I always go). I told the rep that my old computer (which he saw in my electronic file) was running out of memory and I needed one with more memory. YOUR REP SOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT, REPRESENTING IT AS WHAT I DID WANT. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT IT HAD ALL NEW INCOMPATIBLE CORDS AND I HAD TO BUY A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT TO USE MY CD PLAYER, OLD MOUSE, IPHONE TRANSFER, ETC. ETC. ETC.—EVEN MY 3T BACK-UP. It took the Geek coming to my home at $155 to realize all this. Also I had earlier scheduled a Geek to do the transfer but changed my mind and had it done in store when I found out that in-home Geek prices were now $155 for ANYTHING, even though my husband and I are both handicapped and taking two computers in was very difficult. I found out (and your other customers should know this) IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN IN-HOME GEEK APPOINTMENT. I canceled the appointment 4 times and they kept confirming it and I kept canceling it. It didn't work. Hector showed up anyway and wasn't a bit surprised that I wasn't able to cancel.Apparently it happens regularly. But he was a Godsend. Now, when I get a chance, I will spend a great deal of time leaning off this new computer so I can use it for more than a short time. So, Best Buy and the in-store Geeks get a failing grade. The in-home Geek gets an A+ and. you'd better not take it out on him for telling me the truth. This is my first bad experience with Bet Buy.
