I wasn’t sure about switching from using Microsoft based computer to an iMac. Best thing I ever did! The 24 inch monitor is amazing! Apple’s tutorial to getting you started on using your new iMac is so easy to follow! I love the pink color but they also have others colors to choose from, also!

My new apple is fast and so easy to operate. I would recommend for beginners to experience users.

The new M4 chip makes this iMac feel incredibly snappy compared to my old Intel model. The 24-inch 4.5K Retina display is gorgeous—colors pop and text is razor-sharp, which makes working from home a joy. I also love that they finally bumped the base RAM to 16GB; multitasking feels much smoother now with zero lag.

Best desk top ever!!! Bought this for my daughter and her boyfriend who are doing their Master s program They completely love this. They said it’s crystal clear works super fast. And the Quality and size is amazing By far is the best!!! Well worth the money the only thing is they had to get a Standard size wireless keyboard because the one that comes w it is tiny but other than that they Love it!!!

Very convenient packaging! Do not ask the seller to pack it additionally, because a special handle is already provided in the package - take it and go. Everything is neatly and thoughtfully packed. There are instructions, but everything is so obvious that after unpacking, we just connected our imac to the network and it was ready to go! Excellent.

I really can’t be mad. Open box is the way to go. I got a top of the line iMac with AI for a very good price about the same as a base iMac new. It was in good shape. If I had to complain they left the mouse and keyboard on so they were dead but really wasn’t a big deal cause they charge in like 5 min. Very happy with my purchase

I’ve always wanted a Mac desktop and I finally am able to have one. I’m still trying to figure things out, but so far it is the best I ever had. I had to get another keyboard of my taste.

I’ve been shopping for laptops for a long time for my four daughters and now that they we are empty nesters I finally upgraded my old computer for the Apple desktop and I have no regrets. It’s a great computer turns on fast works great also with my iPhone. Very happy with my purchase and customer service received from Best Buy.

The order came in right away within a couple of days. Everything was perfect and is working very good. I am so pleased with my desktop and especially the color pink.

Bought this after my laptop finally gave out. Had my doubts about an all in one and the use I would get out of it. I have been blown away by the ease of use and the setup process was just as easy. Great product

iMac is great. Computer is not a bulky eye sore. This IMac has nice clean slim appearance. The mouse takes some getting used to. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I really just miss convenience of a laptop.

I love the color and functionality. This is my first iMac and it’s very easy to navigate I like that I can answer my phone from my computer it’s really convenient when I working on some assignments.

Love it! Always an Apple girl. My MacBook Air finally died after 14 years and I already got the iPad Pro so decided instead of another MacBook I would get the desktop and I love it! It was so easy to set up and connect. Once connected all of my stuff was just there and ready for me to use. Only downfall is the OS15 Sequoia is so new that some of the software drives I need are not available for it yet. But they are promised to be on the way.
