ok computer, but I bought a Mac because they aare suppose to be bullet proof from hacking, but I did get hacked. Very disappointed, probably not worth the money spent for the computer.

Computer still not up and running ! All talk no support. The communication is not accurate and lacking in direction from Best Buy. They are interested in a sale not in customer satisfaction

Cannot review this purchase. Was given the wrong computer there at the store by one of your clerks. Make to pay for it before I could check it out there. Paid, then demanded they open the box to make sure it was the correct computer. It was not! Return right there!

No one explained how different it would be to use the product. Had Best Buy told me how different the product is from using windows, I would have probably bought a Dell computer

I bought the iMac in the store and the sales woman suggested buying various additional things which I did, including having the technician come out and install everything. When he came out, he said the sales person had rung it up incorrectly. He canceled some things he added some things I have never gotten a corrected invoice with the price for each item. I’ve called the store twice. I’ve checked the invoice online against my Visa statement and the two do not tally. I have never had a smooth transaction with Best Buy.

I have not begun to know how to use this. I've had Macs before and have an ipad and an iphone. Not sure why this is so totally different and not user friendly at all. PLus I haven's been able to locate any instructions to help. Can't give it a rating until I can use it.

I was sold a refurbished iMac. When I first turned the computer on and started making an Apple ID, the computer told me this computer has made too many Apple IDs already and I had to contact Apple.

poor monitor quality. Very slow when editing pictures or video.

Terrible computer. They don't take returns no exception . Would never purchase from bust buy again defective computer for 1600 .

Exceptional in all respects! But, Apple why did you obsolete my old iMac which was/is nearly as excellent, just outmoded by you? As obsolete as it is I still use my "old" iMac, just can not use certain on line features. Biggest complaint: Now I must replace all cable connectors, why Apple?

Similar to my old Apple Mac but much faster. Nice design.

Shipped quickly w UPS in sturdy packing box. I had issues getting connected to Ethernet so I mistakenly thought it was preconfigured only for WiFi. Due to this issue I returned it but later learned what went wrong. I then purchased another iMac desktop from Best Buy and was able to get Ethernet after discovering the correct steps on the computer and what to look for. The USB-C adapter and modem connections were just fine and not an issue ever.

Anything apple is a great choice. Best desktop for the money. Won’t disappoint

works great and easy installation! I also purchased with the insurance best buy offers for all products which is great if you have children running around at home.

I bought it for my wife she thought her professional life was over but when I went with you I bought this computer for her to continue her professional life and now she is very happy

This Mac computer is so good! You can never go wrong with Apple. I got this on Labor Day and with $150 discount! Great buy!

Easy to set up. Synced quickly with our other iMac, iPad and iPhone.
