    The new IPad works and has the functionality as advertised and we're very pleased. The glitch was when we were told it would be available on Monday only to be told it was on back order without a fulfillment date. BB Customer Service stepped in and rerouted inventory and had the product shipped direct. Great job covering an over promise.
