Most of us know what an iPad is. If not, please google it. Pros: The interface is fairly simple and the functionality is pretty slick. The built in software makes it easy to purchase everything from media to software. The Apple Store employees are great when you need help. Cons: The setup process is an unbelievable pain if you do not already have an Apple device.

This is the 3rd iPad I've purchased over the years. The Siri feature is invaluable! The fingerprint feature is really nice. I'm glad I made this choice.... and you will be too.

This was a replacement purchase for an older IPad. I am very happy with it. Like it more than my first one. Not happy that Best Buy didn't have much selection of cases for it but that will likely change as it was just out on market and slightly different size then previous model. I think it was the thickness that the sales person said was the issue with using cases/covers for IPad Air.

I upgraded from Ipad mini that I have had for years. The new one is great & works for what I use it for-which is strictly entertainment (games mostly) & playing music videos.

Bought an IPAD for my parents, they love it. They are not tech savvy but are able to work their way through it. Our 5th overall IPAD purchase. We won't buy anything else.

Once more I purchased an iPad . I own three more and bought two in the past of previous generations . They are better and improved every day. Can't go wrong with apple products.

Apple iPad generation 5 with 128 mb is outstanding. Veer easy to set up and get running. Screen is very clear even in sunlight. Good value when on sale.

I use this IPad every day. It is a fantastic upgrade from my old one. The old one went to my daughter and she is using it and doesn't know how she has gotten by without one.

Excellent unit, it was a long overdue upgrade for me. Old one didn’t even have lightning connection. Very pleased, would have been better if Apple provided headphones

I got this as a geek squad certified open box ipad pro 10.5 and was extremely pleased as it was as advertised in great condition and I was able to save some money as well!

We use this ipad mostly for reading documents. Screen resolution is excellent. Other work apps like numbers, and pages are well integrated. MS office plays well, too!

Screen is not as good as iPad Pro, but everything else seems running smoothly.

Got tired of the mini. Liked the price of the new iPad no headphones included.

Perfect for using on the airplane to keep my kids and I entertained.

I purchased my new iPad as a replacement for my old one. It performs flawlessly as most Apple products do. Bestbuy did a price match for me and made it a great buy too. Nice.

Being a very limited user, I find my new I-Pad useful for my purposes.

The product is great along with the service. Only complaint was the availability of cases. I had to order an otterbox from the website since they didn’t have one in stock.

Went to purchase an ipad air to replace my husbands first generation Ipad. As the air had been fazed out - this new updated version had all the featured he wished for.
