    This is a marked improvement over the earlier iPad 4 with Eyesight model that I had been using for the last four years. However, sound quality is still very poor, and it loses WiFi connectivity frequently, even when the iPad is in close proximity to my FiOS Quantum router.

    I had a Nook for a couple of years - screen went black and white - bought iPad as replacement - it is just a giant iPhone without the phone - all the same apps and mechanisms. . . after I bought this - my Nook went to color again and I find myself using it more that this iPad
