I traded the old one in for $100 at Best Buy when buying this one so this one was very cheap compared to the cost of the iPad 2 when it was new.

The price is right and the screen is great. From what we read the lower price point is due to the screen is not as good as the iPad Air 2 but we have not seen the issue. Happy with the purchase, can't beat the price on Black Friday!
