This item I purchased was an open box item and I was very happy of the quality of the product for an open box. It had no damage, no scratches, and all the parts were included. I would definitely purchase another open box item again. The geek squad also certified the product and it was ready to go with no issues to set up my iPad from my iCloud account. I am very satisfied and also got a discount for an open box item.
