The new iPad may not be the most innovative product Apple has ever created, but it's an upgrade on the iPad Air 2 and the new version makes for a fantastic option at an even lower price than iPads of years past.

For casual users like us there is no need for all the bells and whistles of the iPad Pro. Just the basics for a good price will do. She noted how wonderful the battery life was and how vibrant the screen was. The updated processor handles all of today’s apps without any hiccups. Makes for a great user experience.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, as she had been eyeing my iPad Air 2. Hers is better than mine, faster and double the memory, for a decent price. She uses it every day and is very pleased. No complaints. The only thing I might have done differently is to have bought the one with cellular capability.

I had an older ipad that slowed down over the years. The new ipad is lighter and faster. No complaints I love it!

It is a good tablet, but could hiccup slightly from time to time depending on the apps you use and how many are open. Battery life is good and only need to charge every few days. Screen is good but Android tablets are catching up and don't see a big difference any more.

Super light and thin. Perfect size screen for viewing and happy that it still has a regular plug for headphones.

Imo, this is the best all-around ipad. It's fast, has a great screen, and is so much cheaper that the pro models.

I had a nexus 7. It is a huge upgrade for me. It is a good tablet. It has nice size good speed and great specs!

just got this ipad at the black Friday sale thanksgiving night. The staff at best buy was great, we got in and out with no problems and I am so happy that went down there because they where sold out everywhere online and not only did they have it in stock in the store but I also got a really good deal, was about to get the ipad mini but got the 9.7 instead and im so happy I did, the resolution is great and I love this thing. thanks again best buy and apple
