    I originally purchased the new iPad 9.7, which is a great product too. But, the lack of pencil support, drove me to upgrade to the pro. Fast, reliable tablet ... but to be honest, if you don't care about pencil support, buy the ipad.

    I was upgrading from Ipad 2 Air and the extra capacity and new generation processor are really appreciated. I traded my old ipad so the cost was only slightly more than the cost of replacing the battery in my 4 yr old unit

    I enjoy using the iPad. I like the fast charge time, compared to previous tablets. I use it in conjunction with two laptop/tablet combinations. The iPad is great for mobile use. For trips, I use it as a backup to one of my laptops.

    An iPad is indispensable. The first one I bought in 2011 practically replaced my MacBook Pro. This one is another great example of Apple's ingenuity and quality. I will be buying another one of these shortly for another family member.
