This product is sterling. I knew it would be since we’re Apple all the way. We purchased the new phone from Best Buy online. But this was an upgrade Verizon phone. Best Buy sent a new SIM card with instructions to put it in the new phone. Neither we nor a Verizon phone rep could understand why the phone wouldn’t activate. It necessitated a trip to the nearest Best Buy store 15 miles away. There the helpful salesperson took the SIM card from the old phone and installed it in the new phone. Worked like a charm. Best Buy needs to be cognizant of this kind of confusion.

Great product as always, quality made and works flawlessly for my studies via videos. Great graphics, speedy processor, above average sound for a tablet

Traded in my iPad Air for this. User experience is largely the same, but speed is noticeably faster and screen is much brighter in outdoor conditions.

love this iPad when I don't wanna bring my MacBook out the house but still need to catch up on shows send some emails etc... this is the next best thing

My husband's I Pad 2 was getting a bit weary so purchased this one for him as I bought it for such a great price just before Christmas - he was thrilled.

Waiting for long time for the price, but AT&T wouldn’t have the price like Verizon. We are happy with this product. The battery can last me one week.

Has lower specs than the iPad Pro but all in all it is still a great iPad at a great price. There s no better tablet than iPad and no better ecosystem than iOS.

Needed an upgrade from my iPad mini that was getting slow. Glad I went larger this time. The newer version is fast and seems to have better touch responce.

This iPad has plenty of memory for what we need to use it for in our home. We stream videos and take videos and pictures with it and does a good job.

When this went on sale, I jumped. Can notice the speed upgrade from our older IPad. Still need a laptop but I use this most of the time.

This iPad is exactly the size that I was looking for. Large enough display to accomplish my work comfortably; small enough overall size to carry easily.
