Dependable Tablet for Sound Control App
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this somewhat minimalistic (32 Gb) iPad in order to use an app to remotely control a new digital Yamaha sound board. This allows our sound techs to move around freely on the floor of the auditorium for live sound checks and remotely adjust the Yamaha front-of-house sound board settings. This is a dedicated iPad for this purpose, so having a lot of memory is not required. I just wanted an iPad with current technology. The price was right. Got 'er done.

The sales person recommended that I go with the iPad since I already owned an iPhone. He was absolutely correct! Set-up & usage are a breeze. Have already recommended this to many people.

I think it was a great deal it was the cheapest iPad I could find. It was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. She needed an upgrade from her 16g iPad 2. Absolutely love the rise gold color.
