    The Sales Team was on the ball and answered all of our nit-picky questions. And they did that, seriously, with s smile, not even a hit of diss'ing us for a dump question. They were very professional all the way to the close of the deal. We ended up purchasing 2 new iPads. One for my wife, cellular, and one for me, unplanned, wifi. Thank you Best Buy Team.

    I've had my eye on a new iPad for a while to replace a two-year old mini that cracked. Best Buy chat rep went out of his way to get me the price match I requested. Apple products are sharp looking and easy to use, but I have to say I miss the smaller keyboard on the mini. I only use it for social media and videos. Great product overall though.
