If you are already an Apple user, it is simple to sync to your other devices and just get going. Great screen size. I can do just about everything I need to on this device without having to you use my laptop.

I have recently bought an iPad on black Friday and I really enjoy using it as my first tablet. The display size and camera quality are the main points for me and I find it very efficient as a portable device.

This IPad is the perfect size . It's light and thin. The battery lasts a long time on a charge. I'm very happy with it.

The screen size and speakers are great for watching movies or playing games! Very easy to use!

I had an IPad mini,which was nice, but the full-size screen is so much easier for the eyes. Transferring the data was very easy, you just place the old and new side by side. I am very happy I made the upgrade!

Slightly smaller than my older iPad but the screen is the same size (the black border is more narrow). iPads are simply the most intuitive tablet out there!

The new iPad is impressive. It includes many apps preinstalled that do not come on the mini. GarageBand, presentation, etc. It is also a nice size. Be careful when buying a case, some AIR cases will not fit.

Why did I resist for so long and pamper my old tablet.. This one by far out performs the old one. Plus they gave me a good price on the old one for trade. Battery life is amazing with playing games and all.

It is a very solid device, standard with 32GB, fingerprint, all the bells and whistles for less money than an older Air 2. What is there not to like.?Only marginally larger and heavier, similar to an Air 1.

This iPad is a replacement for a second generation iPad. Immediately noticed is the better screen resolution and battery life which is phenomenal when upgrading from a 5 year old iPad. Apple delivers again!

Simple, useful, elegant, fast. This is a wonderful product. Beats other tablets. I had Samsung tablets before and they don’t last long, freeze, frequent start ups. This apple product has been amazing. Buy it.

I recently upgraded to this iPad from a 1st generation iPad Mini and wow what a difference. The aceeen size increase makes streaming video so much better. Viewing/reading documents is enjoyable on this compared to the smaller screen. The weight difference isn’t much. Overall processing speeds are much better. While I would’ve liked the iPad Pro for the newer faster processor, this iPad gets the job done and the extra cost wasn’t worth the processing power for my daily needs.

Amazing battery is the best feature. Screen is great, fast, and well built. Get yourself a case and screen protector.

We replaced a much older iPad that had grown weary and slow, running the latest versions of iOS. Our iPads have nearly replaced our PC's in the house because they do just about everything you want compute power for... email and browsing, shopping online, checking the weather, playing games. photo's/video... the range of applications available is almost mind boggling. The battery life is excellent and the upgrade was everything we expected it to be. Best part was getting it on sale during the holidays. The iPad software stability, ease of use, streaming media and integrations with other apple products are top notch. The only things that prevent 5 stars are the high cost compared to Android devices, that Apple drops still functional but older iOS versions/devices off at the curb... and the non-user replaceable battery. We can't justify the cost of the larger and pro tablets, so stayed minimal with the 32Gb entry device. It does the job.

I bought the 32 GB iPad 2017, Silver, during last year's Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving. I had bought the iPad as an entry into Apple, after having owned an iPhone. Previous to owning an iPhone, I was strictly an Android/PC/Windows person. But after having owned an iPhone for nearly 2 years, I decided to go with the iPad for a tablet over the various Android tablets. I am planning to venture into selling online, and I wanted a tablet that I could use for my business. I bought a used Nikon DSLR from a photographer friend of mine to take pictures of my products, but then realized that I needed to edit some of the photos that I had taken (i.e., crop, enhance, photo montage, etc.). My PC laptop is getting old (it's nearly 6 years old), but has outlasted my previous laptops, which typically lasted 4 years or less. My current laptop is an i7, so that's why I think it has lasted so long (although when I do replace my laptop, it will most likely be MacBook Pro). If I were to buy photo editing software for my PC, it would cost me about one C-note to 1 1/2 C-notes to purchase for a laptop that will have to be replaced soon, The Apple app store has various Photoshop apps (Express, Mix, Fix, Lightroom CC, Sketch) as well as Adobe apps, for FREE! And most photographers and graphic artists know that Photoshop is the gold standard for photo editing. I am only taking fine quality JPEGs for online pictures, but intend on shooting raw pictures in the future. I bought the 32 GB iPad over the 128 GB, and bought a SanDisk iXpand 128 GB lightning flash drive, which was also on sale that weekend. With the discount on the IPad 32 GB and the discount on the 128 GB lightning flash drive, both together cost slightly less than the full selling price of the iPad 5th Generation 32 GB alone. And being on a budget, the combination of the two made a lot of sense.

This model is a great purchase for those seeking a larger screen but not wanting to shell out a lot of money for the Ipad Pro. It is very responsive, sleek, and has all the great features of the Ipad line.

Bought this as a replacement ipad for my Mom (my daughter broke her old model) . This ipad was noticeably faster and thinner than her older model. Price is very reasonable for such a high quality product.
