This was a replacement for an older unit. It has 4 times the memory, so I’ll never fill it up. Geek squad did the transfer of data. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way

This is so easy to use just like all of my other apple products and love how they all connect together. I also have an Apple Watch , iPhone and MacBook. I love how portable this is

At Best Buy, I recently traded in my old 4th generation iPad for a new iPad released in March, 2017. The new iPad is smaller, thinner and lighter compared to my 4th generation iPad. It is also much faster with more memory. I have had Apple products since 1984 and it is the first time that I have ever received a good deal on a new Apple product. Trading in my old product for a new better product cost me only $165. Thank you Best Buy and Apple!

The new iPad is so much faster than my old one. The transfer of old info from iCloud was simple. I did return these to Best Buy but only because I found them $20 cheaper at Costco.

have an ipad mini and been thinking bout getting an ipad, 9.7....not disappointed larger screen and more fun... nice to have sum'um close to just reach and grab and be adventurous

This is the best Apple product for the cost. It is by far the most budget friendly quality product ever offered. Does all the functions of the high priced ones Extremely satisfied.

Great gift choice, small, light, compact. We have larger IPads that we leave at home. We take the smaller one on the plane, as it fits well in carrying. Sharp, clear screen image.

I had an iPad before, but the screen got broke and the volume icon in the middle of the screen would never go away. I was going to buy a Samsung, but I like the display ratio of the iPad. No virus program is required so that is a plus. The 32GB hard drive is much better than 16GB on the previous model and the price is good. Couldn't afford the Pro and this is good enough for me. There is no SD card slot, but an adapter can be purchased.

I got this to replace my aging iPad mini. The larger screen and better resolution are great. The gold is fun and pretty. I’ll miss being able to put it in my purse when traveling.

The new ipad is so much better that the last version. I would recommend it as a pc alternative as long as you don't need much beyond browsing, social media and the like.. email too

I'm so happy Apple decided to lower their price point of their entry level full sized iPad with a retina display. Especially considering all of the Android competition out there.

My parents are in their 70’s. This iPad is a perfect compliment to the iphones they are learning to use. Great for email, Facebook, YouTube, and viewing family photos and videos.

I took advantage of the iPad price reduction and could not be more content! This device is great for general usage! I use it all the time for school and textbook reading online.

Upgraded from IPad 2 due to slowness of operation seemingly brought about by software updates. More of an obsolescence program than anything to benefit the owner. At any rate this takes me back to when I first started using the iPad 2 and loved the speed, usability and great graphics. Well worth the investment, hopefully Apple will not kill this one with version updates
