This Apple iPad works great. I wish it was less expensive but all Apple products are expensive.

what could you say about an apple product. The rating is for the good deals best buy has for thanksgiving

No complaints. I don't see a giant improvement from previous ipads, but I didn't expect that with this price point.

This product met the needs of my store perfectly. Love using it, refurbished and open box is the way to go

Good but no slot for sim. You can’t use without WiFi.

I use this product for watching videos and viewing media. It’s great for light tasks but nothing intensive.

Very happy w/my new iPad (bought for larger storage capacity) but wish there was a better selection of covers for it...VERY limited! A friend has advised me that its easy to scratch (even from ribs of the cover) so I'm going to get the protective film for it.

I have a 1st generation iPad. My tablet will not accept current apps. This is why I decided to buy a new one.

I am happy with my purchase. No issues noted. Haven't had it that long but I don't think there will be any issues.

I like the way it is set up. It is so easy, especially if you have an iphone because they both work the same way.

It's fine for children to play on or to perform minimal tasks. Still would prefer a laptop over an iPad as you can do so much more. Also not a fan of being charged so much more money for any additional storage space above the measly 32 GB provided on this one.

Recommend the otter box cover. Although it took many months for it to come to market after iPad was released.

These were on sale for a great price so I bought two of these. My kids use it all the time!!

I've had a Garmin for a couple of years and it is a nice product but the Nike Apple Watch is a far better product.

I use my tablet to write my essays, listen to music and watch movies on my free time it’s great I love it

Does the job. My hubby has one, and we liked it so much that we gave it as a gift to his father as a gift.

Now I gave it a 4 only because the screen had a defect on it and it was purchased brand new. Best Buy was amazing and let me exchange it out for a new one. This was a gift for my mom for Christmas and she said “I love this iPad almost as much as I love you”
