Basically this is just an upgrade from my older iPad. The old one just wouldn't update apps and OS anymore. Thanks Apple.

It is too early to tell my level of satisfaction. I bought the I-Pad as a gift to my wife and she has not used it very long.

no compliants to date. would recommend. and would defintely keep it in a outter box because my 2 year old broke two.

Got it on sale with a price match against Walmart. Nothing fancy, but works well and does everything it need it to.

This is the perfect device for accessing anything you want on the Internet while you are sitting on your couch or in bed.

Only issue with my iPad is that its battery life seems weak compared to the rest of my apple products I have owned.

This I Pad is Same as I phone 7 plus but better battery but not computer replacement only I pad pro 9.7" is replacement

Using it for remote software use. It's on for 10 hours each day. On busy day's battery doesn't last the full day.

I bought this iPad for my 2 yr old son and he loves it. Easy to navigate since he knows how to use an iPhone

Brought as a gift so grandparents can FaceTime. They love it! My non-tech savvy father has been surfing the web!!

I Really know from apple this would be a rare case but LCD was defective out of the box. I'm still an apple lover...

I bought this for my boyfriend because I loved my new iPad, however, for his we thought we'd save a few dollars and get the geek squad certified model (meaning it was opened and returned but not used I guess). That was a huge mistake, he constantly has problems with the sound, sometimes the iPad doesn't play any sounds whatsoever so he'll have to restart it a few times and basically work with it for 20 mins to get the sound going again. Other times when I FaceTime him I can't hear him at all. So, Best Buy sold me a geek squad certified item in "perfect condition" with a malfunctioning mic and sound system? I highly doubt that's a coincidence. The issues got so bad around two weeks after he had it that we started to look into exchanging it for a new one and just paying the difference, but alas best buys return policy is 15 days for this product. Long story short, DO NOT buy any open box, geek squad certified, or any other cheaper version of the iPad they offer you. This is an absolute huge problem and at times makes the iPad useless which makes me resent both geek squad and Best Buy.
