My family has a love/hate relationship with Apple. Our younger kids prefer iPads because they are easier for them to use then competitors tablets. I hate them because they are way overpriced, have lousy storage options, and expensive to repair.

I bought it for my dad. I did restore the backup from the old iPad. So far so good but today he could not access internet. He did try everything from reset iPad but not success. He went back to use the old iPad and it still access to the internet.

It's a very good device...BUT I don't see noticeable improvement in it over the iPad Air that I traded in for it. The most noticeable change is the fingerprint security (Touch ID) which only works 60% of the time.

The 2017 IPad didn't perform well when playing games on it. Also the touch response time performs better on iPad Air 2.

By now all these tablets prtty much do the same thing. The iPad looks and works great. I got it because I have an iPhone but its no better than any android tablets I have had in the past...

I'm an android guy, I needed this iPad for work cause the company I use wouldn't let me use an Android tablet. On the plus side, I learned enough about Apple to mess with my girlfriend's iPhone.

It didn't get a better rating because of the mail system, its clunky and hard to read. Also, the keyboard, which is good sized, often obscures half the screen. You can't see what you're typing.

Locked up the first day, I was told set up was so easy...NOT...password put in too many times now I have to wait until Jan 4 for Apple to do an account recovery...Big mistake buying this

I bought a similar ipad 6 months ago and the setup was easy. This one for my wife still does not synch to her iPhone after return visits to Best Buy and a trip to the apple store.

iPad works fine. It was a gift for my wife and it had a nick in the paint - out of the box. She wanted to know if it was a refurbished model. I assured her it is new. Enough said.

After Apple discontinued ipad air series, the new ipad pro lacks nothing new. Its same carbon copy of old series with a processor upgrade.

Came without instructions to get started and the set up process has been frustration after frustration. After a month I still can't use it for the primary purpose I bought it.

The ipad is a nice tool, but as an It director I find it frustrating how Apple keeps you from truly locking down an iOS unless you buy direct through their business division.

Should of bought this used. The thing didn’t work properly in a few months and I got a refurbished item. I should have just bought refurbished from the beginning.
