Very happy with my new IPad. Very simple to set up by myself and I am in my late 70s, no computer education.

Even with Geek Squad help at time of purchase, IPad did not finish downloading my Iphone5. Have to take to Apple Store. A pain!

This is a remake of the original iPad Air wouldn’t have needed it if my software didn’t slow down on the new iOS.

I hardly use this tablet can't understand it and the person that set it up missed all my things and my favorite game too

I purchased this iPad in 2017 on Black Friday. This is now March 2021 (less tan 4years late) and it just died. It won’t take a charge or anything; just a black screen now. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend the purchase of this products as it turned out to be a waste of hard earned USA dollars.

This has given me problems since I purchased it. Have had it wiped twice, but still will not work properly. In all fairness, I have never had an Apple product before and this DOES NOT have an instruction booklet. So I am stating that if you have never purchased an Apple iPad, do not know how to operate it and have no one to show you - don't buy it.

It takes to long to charge the battery. Much longer than any other previous iPad I have owned.

I got this iPad today and I Love It!! It’s really fast and so easy to use. Yes I would recommend this to a friend. Just one little thing When I bought the iPad today I was kinda surprised that the people that work at Best Buy didn’t ask if I wanted to get a screen protector or anything. Normally they do but No Big Deal.

Super glitchy. Freezes quite a bit. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

It's feels very thick and bulky . No improvement in the speed either from iPad Air

I bought one 2/3/2018, returned on the next day, because almost could not hear the sound. Got another one the same day 3/3/2018. The sound is very low. I am sorry that I kept it. 6 passed and I can't return it. I had I pad Air2, that was very good. A sales person told me this one is the same. Not at all.

I have had this iPad for a day now and it was 100% worth it. Not everyone needs all the high end features of the iPad Pro this is perfect if you just surf the web check your email and watch some YouTube . I was completely surprised at how fast this device is, I would recommend anyone to buy this iPad especially for the price.

I had to return this because it was slow and the touch screen didn’t work.

Ipad air is better than this. I just compare with Ipad air which I have both.

If I could give zero stars I would this was an open box item that did not work. I have purchased open box items in the past but they had inspection tape on the box. This one did not and I hope they dont put it back out on the floor. Its just too much trouble to go through.

iPad locked up, took it in, hardware error. Apple said trade it in for $249, but it will still be out of warranty. I am 112 days past the manufacturer’s warranty. Pay an addition 1/3 of cost to get a warranty. Cheap parts. Shame on you Apple,
