    The Sales Team was on the ball and answered all of our nit-picky questions. And they did that, seriously, with s smile, not even a hit of diss'ing us for a dump question. They were very professional all the way to the close of the deal. We ended up purchasing 2 new iPads. One for my wife, cellular, and one for me, unplanned, wifi. Thank you Best Buy Team.

    Worked fine right out of the box. The screen is not as good as the iPad Air 2 and it is slightly thicker and heavier also. However, these are acceptable trade offs for the reduction in price.
