iPad works great. So convenient to check email and just look up thing really quickly. Also great for the things you can do to keep you updated on the go.

This iPad works great, I have an ipad air 2 and this is much smoother for half the price. its great for my kids to use at school.

I was able to master the system easily and use it for traveling across the country . It was especially helpful to be able to see the information and use the free wifi at the parks where we stayed. my husband enjoyed his solitaire and I enjoyed my scrabble game when I could get it away from him.

Just a present for my husband and i was walking in Soho place so I went to BestBuy and I asked for open box. For less money I bought the Ipad and they explain me for what reason it is an open box. Nothing to say, just it a good place to buy an open box always the said the truth.

Fast internet connection. Good value for those whose main purpose is to spend time on the internet. I can watch tv and movies through my Xfinity account. Picture is high quality. It also comes with a camera, Siri, and voice recognition keyboard. I can also get a lot of free apps through Apple.

I use this for online shopping and looking at recipes while cooking. You can carry it around the house without a problem. Super light!

This is a great entry level ipad for basic web surfing, video and music consumption. Sure it can't be compared to the newly released pro models but this gets the job done. Would highly recommend to students and/or if you just need a computing device to meet all your media consumption demands.

This is our 2nd IPad 2017 bought at Best Buy in 2 months. Plan to buy the new IPad Pro but instead chose this IPad for the price, getting 2 instead of 1.

This is a great iPad for you daily media consumption. I actually purchased this iPad a week before the latest iPad was released. I did take it back and upgrade. But only because the newest iPad was the same price so I was a even exchange. But this is a great iPad for the price.

It syncs up with all my other apple products flawlessly. The OS is consistent so if you have other apple products there will be no learning curve.

I used a few other models before this one. However, I am still impressed by how lightweight this model is. I got one for my mom and she likes it a lot.

I read the product details and it claimed the iPad included a USB port which it didn't. Waste of time and money just to return it. Nothing special from this iPad compared to it's predecessors.

Replaced the older model that was the same size. Better sound, sharper screen and other features. And at a cheaper price than what I paid 4-5 years ago.

My purchase arrived with complete instructions on how to start & use my iPad. I had not owned one prior to this purchase. Customer Service person who waited on us simplified the ordering and we appreciated his expertise with answering our questions. Highly recommend this store.

I am simply speechless... I can't explain how much I really love my iPad! Its uses are never-ending and I love using it for everyday purposes! And the quality of the iPad resolution is out of this world and simply is a great representation of how good Apple is with their products.

I like the size of the screen. The response rate for this ipad is fairly quick. A downside would be that the keyboards for the ipad is too expensive.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition, I always love opening brand new iPads or iPhones... Setting up is still as easy as ever, it's an iPad so we're all pretty familiar with them. Love it! Does everything I need it to do and wouldn’t think of buying any other brand!

iPad was bought brand new even cheaper than Apple retail. Can't beat the value for money, latest iPad at a price lower than from the source. Win-win!

Was looking for a good tablet and have had an iPad in the past but was very happy with the 9.7 instead of the pro and the new updates with the newer model make it easy to use and very responsive compared to my 1st gen iPad I have had for 4 years. Hope this ones last just as long!
