I'm personally not a fan of an Apple brand. Bought this as a gift, and truly hoping, that people will like this product and it will be satisfying them for years.

Gave to my son who likes larger screen and newer features.

Needed something quick to take on an international flight with me. Quick and easy to browse the web, check emails, and of course stay up to date on social media.

I am still learning to set this up. It is much harder than I thought, but then I have only used Android products in the past. As far as the instructions that came with the product, you need a micro scope to read them. So I am not really sure who to contact to help me. I will do some research if I have to go on You Tube to figure it out, I will.

Use it for reading, gaming, got a good cover/stand so can use it for recipes in the kitchen. It’s a good tablet and you can’t top Apple’s selection of apps.

Apple products in my opinion go above and beyond for us. Easy to navigate and the apps are great. Love ours and will only ever purchase apple products!!

This IPad replaced an older model. Big improvement in storage capacity and works well with our IPhones. We've never had a problem with any of our Apple products.

I like the tablets because use WiFi. I connect my telephone in the tablet. I like the programs. It’s my excellent tablet.

Great gift for college students or business men or women.

My wife uses it for educational games for kids that she tutors, and it works great for that. My grandson uses it for web and games and such and he loves it.

This ipad doesnt seem as peppy or have the camera my older one did. I only use it for some imessenging, internet and email so I didnt need $800-1200 iPad, but this one feels a step back was taken. Not responsive when home key hit, sometimes have to hold it down two-three times to start up. And battery needs recharged way too often, twice a day.

I went in to buy an iPad Mini, but ended up buying this one instead. The price was great and my daughter was surprised she got the bigger one for Christmas!

I would highly recommend iPad. We love it. Purchased it for my one year old. We use it to read books, watch movies while we drive, and listen to nap music.
